Amazing !
We are still here until tomorrow and already can’t wait to come back — this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The views over the sea are stunning, and the beach is beautiful and very clean. It’s such a lovely part of the Spanish coast. The rooms are perfect and the service has been incredible. We’ve received the best possible treatment from everyone here. A very special thank you to Sol for helping us prepare our wedding package — we truly appreciate it. Cheers to all the staff — you are amazing!

Underwhelming service and hotel, but a nice spa
The hotel has the bones of a good offering. An old hospital that has been restored, a room with a big terrace looking out to see and a great new spa - the massage thought was expensive for what I had. The bad news is the room felt corporate and lacked personality. There were no bedside tables or lights. The bathroom was dated with a dirty bath and it needed replacing. The terrace was not swept once during our stay by the cleaners. But it was the air conditioning noise that would come and go that was most annoying. The staff could be described as functional at best with one or two exceptions. When we complained we were offered a room without a terrace, but 'of the same class' it did not feel the same in any way. Persistent complaining by us and a lack of urgency or response form the staff marred the stay. The breakfast food offering was pedestrian for the price point and had no freshly cooked items available. The lunch was better. The dinner buffet was again pedestrian - a wide selection, but no fresh offerings would have helped. The pool offering felt like empty without planting to soften the concrete of the roof. It felt bleak.

Beautiful hotel and stunning, spacious room. Very clean, comfortable and trendy. Customer service was top notch. The hotel is located in quite El Vendrel area and walking distance from the charming town of Calafell. The view of the mediterranean sea is outstanding! We will go back!

Not quite the five star experience
This hotel is superbly manicured in terms of its appearance and appeal and you cannot fail to be impressed when you arrive. The rooms are nice , but some features are not great. The curtains are very heavy and have to be moved manually. The food is very good, but they could be more variety. Off-season the breakfast buffet is disappointing the hot food is actually not hot. In fact, its barely lukewarm. They have a super spa, but strangely not very much publicity in English. Some people might find the Hotel a bit pretentious, but it’s unlikely that you would be disappointed overall with your experience

Nice beach hotel
We stayed at this property for a few days in November. The hotel has a old and a modern area, but I think the old building has more charm. Our suite was spacious and modern and also had a nice terrace with sea view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant and for room service was really good, just the breakfast could be a little bit more diverse. Spa at the rooftop is also very nice We had a good time there
