I gave them 5 star rating for everything, what a great location, great property, Amazing staff, Amazing service and hospitality. I a to callout few staff name who were totally outstanding. Mr Manolis the Restaurant manager, Maria from reception who were friendly and welcoming throuhout. Ms Vassieiki who took care of our all rooms needs Efi and Olion. We went there as two families and had a very relaxing and overall wonderful stay. The pool and beach area was where we spent most of our time. It was exciting to see that the beach bar was well run, with the fridge stocked up with snacks and drinks. We also hired a boat from the beach area to explore the bay which is well worth it. The views from the hotel were outstandingly beautiful and waking up to the sunrise each morning was amazing. The buffet food was good but not 5*, it felt a little repetitive and varied in quality. The sushi, street food however, was the best we had ever had and recommend it to anyone staying. They also put a fruit platter in our room while we were staying. One thing that bothered us was not being able to have a bottle of wine in the room, or at the table we could only ever have a glass (which varied in size) and you have to pay at least €26 to have a bottle in your room. It seemed a little odd for an all inclusive. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay here again!

The hotel location is brilliant, with fantastic views from the rooftop pool. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially the lifeguard Gerti who would always help with taking quick drink orders and putting up/down the umbrellas. Overall a really nice week away which I would recommend to others

This hotel is truly one to visit in a hurry! Beautiful location between Elounda and Plaka and close enough to Agios that you can visit easily, Domes truly felt like a home away from home. There are two main things that really make this hotel stand out are the staff and the food. The staff can't do enough for you; very friendly, welcoming and engaging. From morning to night they smile, chat, laugh and are happy to accomodate any request. Special shout out to George, Argi, Olion, Efi, Nino and Christina! Secondly, the food and drink options at this hotel are very good. Being able to choose any of the four restaurants means you won't get bored, and the drinks are excellent. Greco Levante was an excellent place for breakfast, lunch and dinner (we ate here for 4 of our last 5 nights it was so nice). The sushi restaurant was lovely but a bit quick. The amphitheatre was a really fun dining experience. Plenty of on site variety all of which is great quality. A very strong offering of cocktails for an all inclusive hotel. I would recommend going for the Cool Living offering if you can afford as this really elevated the experience and was such a nice thing to be a part of. The rooms are lovely - plenty of space, comfy and well maintained. House keeping was excellent and the views over the bay were amazing. The facilities are fabulous; very good gym with modern equipment. Lovely beach area. The new infinity pool (opened 2024) is gorgeous and opens up the space at the top of the hotel. Yes, it is on a hill but it is so easy to get on the bus or a golf cart that it's no bother at all. My only gripe would be that our room (829) had a single person jacuzzi - not the two person corner ones that were pictured. It would've been nice to have more the same jacuzzi as everyone else. I strongly recommend staying here.

Views for miles! Loved the location of the Hotel. Service was incredible. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent and plentiful. Good choices even in the buffet restaurant. Good atmosphere on DJ night with everyone up dancing. Overall an excellent stay.
