2 out of 5 stars. Location was great and the staff were amazing but my wife and I would not stay here again due to the hard product. The good: -Staff were exceptional. They were friendly and hopeful at each interaction, including all staff always saying hi even when just passing in the hallway -Location was great being right next to the beach The bad: -There is no soundproofing in this hotel. We could hear our neighbors talking or sneezing beside us and we could hear every step and every toilet flush from the neighbors above us. -The water pressure in the shower is so low that it is uncomfortable to shower. The shower wand attached to the tub had good water pressure, so the low water pressure is limited to just the shower. -The toilet paper is rough one ply. -There is no privacy between the outdoor patios with fire pits. While using the fire pit, you are staring directly at your neighbors since there are no plants or wall blocking off the patios (the wall between patios is only three feet tall with a few bamboo plants on a planter sitting on top of the wall). -We had an issue with no hot water in the shower, but maintenance fixed this after we reported it. -We had an issue with the bath tub not holding water. Maintenance was able to partially fix the stopper but it still drained out with the stopper in place, just at a slower pace.

Hotel was amazing. We had an ocean view room and got to hear the soothing sounds of the waves and ocean the whole time. Very quiet and relaxing environment. The staff is very attentive and go out of their way to cater to you. My only complaint is the food can be better. The Vega restaurant doesn't have many options, so we went offsite to eat. Other than that, our stay was absolutely worth it.
