Staying here now (June 12, 2026). Checked in yesterday for a three night stay for a friend's 60th bday celebration. Here is a summary of my experience thus far -- less than 24 hours into a three day stay. 1. Dirt and mold accumulating around shower area. Disgusting. 2. Fan that cycles off and on to cool room sounds like a freight train making it impossible to sleep well. Additionally, lots of cobwebs around fan vent and I wouldn't be surprised if mold as well although I cannot see into the vent. 3. Delt with a constantly "running" noisy toilet at 2 am. 4. Requested some items from housekeeping after checking in yesterday (early at about 1:30 pm). It is now 9:30 am the next morning and items have still not arrived. (The items I requested were: additional coffee pods and sugar.) 5. Woke up to large black insect crawling across bathroom floor. 6. Worn and fraying rug in room. 7. Visited over 21 pool area yesterday afternoon. Had to find my own towels in storage area; umbrellas are moldy and covered in bird poop; dirty towels strewn across most if not all chairs (chairs obviously not being used by anyone); dirty dishes, glasses, etc. from guests accumulating in various areas around the pool - nobody collecting; disgusting, sticky side tables than need a good cleaning. Overall, the resort is 7-10 years past needing a full upgrade and refresh. For the price and the way this hotel brands itselt, not the level of detail, cleanliness or service I expect. Also, be advised, self parking is $45 per day; valet is (I believe) $65 per day and there is a $40 per day resort fee. Be prepared to pay an additional $85-$100/day (plus gratuity) on top of your room rate. On a positive note, the grounds are pretty and well landscaped. I don't mind paying for a great experience, thoughtfully designed and CLEAN room, and wonderful pool/common areas, but this is not it. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

The customer service at this property was the best I have ever experienced. The staff is always trying to make sure stay the best it can be. The rooms were nice and clean and the property was in a nice location. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in the areas.

if you’re anything other than white, don’t expect a warm welcome. stayed there last week with my family, was treated like I wandered into the wrong place! stood there waiting for service for minutes as new families immediately got welcomed and served!

Hotel grounds and amenities were fine - clean property and rooms. However there were consistent inaccuracies and inconveniences upon check out with the portfolio and final charges. This trip was booked with AMEX and part of the hotel collection, was due certain benefits, however they were inaccurately discussed upon check in and was charged extra amounts. Had to contact front desk at least 4 times to correct their mistakes. Don't feel the inconvenience is worth it for booking again.

If you get a deluxe villa, avoid room 6532 the balcony faces the parking lot and is above the sound wall for the busiest road in the area so there is excessive road noise. The other deluxe villas have much better garden views and are much quieter. The room itself is quite nice and spacious, and the grounds are delightful.

Used the Edge adult pool for the first time. This really made the trip. I loved the view, the seating, the pool and the number of jacuzzis.
