FULL OF ANTS
TERRIBLE. Room was infested with ants. Staff were rude and indifferent to our concerns. After waiting for 7 hours for room change, we were placed in another room that was also full of ants. Am still having nightmares of the ants!

If you like golf and drinking….
This place is for you. I don’t golf or drink. Spa prices are outrageous. 0/10 Staff was overall wonderful 10/10 Buffet food was overall poor. 3/10 Fitness area 8/10 Rooms were nice and comfortable 8/10 Grackles are like flys when eating outside.

Omni La Costa was a lovely experience all around. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush flowers and plants everywhere. It’s a golfer’s paradise (though we did not golf on this trip). It was a nice blend of families and adults only with pools for each. The food and cocktails were top notch. We did not have one bad meal. We were in a King suite which was very spacious with seating area and large bathrooms. The mattress was also very comfortable. Most importantly the service at this hotel was superior. The staff could not have been more attentive or kind. I would stay here any chance I could. Carlsbad is also an awesome town.

Used the Edge adult pool for the first time. This really made the trip. I loved the view, the seating, the pool and the number of jacuzzis.
