Worth every one of its 5 stars
A wonderful visit in this wonderful hotel. Every one of its 5 stars are deserved. From the moment you arrive until your departure the staff are friendly, attentive and respectful (no hovering and asking if everything is ok every two minutes). The suite was super comfy and sparkling clean. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and very efficient. Breakfast was a delight with liveried staff bringing coffee and top ups to your table and the buffet had brilliant choices. Sitting on the terrace or by the pool was peaceful and relaxing and other than an occasional emergency vehicle siren would suggest being moderately close to the main road from Estoril to Cascais. All in all a wonderful visit which we hope to do again. We would especially like to thank Louis, from the bar for being so kind, friendly and for passing on his local knowledge and tips.

Excellent facilities especially dynamic and outdoor pool and gym Friendly helpful and polite all staff but especially 60-30 father son business and maitres on all days in breakfast room with excellent spread and choice of food Compliment friendly chambermaids on 4 floor Easy acess to beach 5mins or less and to Cascais fish restaurants along promenade train or taxi Far from the madding crowd but close to facilities and good local bar and resturant Old school without being pompous!

Unmatched Elegance & Service!
Magnificent hotel without pretense! Abundant staff was warm, helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was sumptuous and of excellent quality. Pool and Spa perfectly situated with food and drinks availble. While every area of the interior was elegant without question there was no problem wearing beach coverup from elevator or restaurants to pool. Hard to decide which was more impressive the Hotel & property or the fabulous staff.

Relaxing, old world charm experience..
What an amazing hotel, full of old world charm and hospitality. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the day we left, the service was impeccable. All of the staff were so helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

The tranquil gardens and pool area offer a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxing in the Portuguese sun. Dinner at the Four Seasons Grill is a highlight, with elegant service, refined cuisine, and live piano music creating a truly memorable evening. Palácio Estoril is a rare blend of heritage, luxury, and warmth—a place where time slows down and every moment feels special. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’ll be back for sure!
