Really good except the bar prices
All excellent one small point 40 euro for 2 beers and 2 white wine in the bar was over the top

As returning guests for decades, we can confirm that the HP is a perfect choice if you are looking for a traditionel, classic hotel with outstanding service. From the reservation (Mr Paulo Castela) to the doorman (Mr Rui Silva) we were well cared for by a friendly team. Breakfast: friendly welcome by Martha, Svetlana ... and huge breakfast buffet from sparkling wine to the vegan corner, exceptional choice of fresh high quality food (you can also order à la carte). Rooms: classic style, clean and good housekeeping (with turn down service). Bar: not to be missed, friendly staff and outstanding, vintage ambiance. Bougainvillae pool restaurant: tasty welcome dinner à la carte. Special mention for the perfect "Filet de boeuf"/beef tenderloin. Golf: complimentary golf shuttle to the GC Estoril. Location is perfect: plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance or a cheap uber ride away. Also easy to get to Lisbon (take the train at Estoril and get off at Cais do Sodré). In HP you feel "back in time" when living the "Grand Hotel" experience!

A wonderful stay
I was very happy with my stay at Palacio Estoril. Jose gave us a warm welcome and it was interesting to hear about the history of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel was very comfortable. The amenities were great as well, the gym, spa and organic cafe were fantastic.
