Thalatta Seaside Hotel

We recently stayed at Thalatta Hotel for 6 nights, during our trip to Agia Anna, and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and very spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the Aegean sea was a wonderful bonus. The quality of the food was very good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We thank the team at Thalatta for their amazing hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

One of the best stays we had. Stuff super friendly. Beautiful views and tasty a la cart breakfast. Children friendly.

The staff was excellent, at the reception and at the restaurant ! The life guard lady at the pool also !! Very professional !! Felt at home, will come back, for sure !!

A luxurious hotel by the sea, ideal for families, with spacious rooms, comfortable pool daybeds, two restaurants, and a staff that is polite and genuinely eager to help, however, seems relatively inexperienced (with the exception of shining and professional Katerina) Unfortunately, despite its high-end appearance, the hotel lacks something essential to the Greek hospitality experience: genuine generosity A few details in particular leave this impression: -The breakfast buffet feels unnecessarily restrictive. Most of the dishes have to be ordered rather than simply taken from the buffet, which inevitably creates delays while the portions are also quite small. -Even a small bottle of water in the room is charged separately—a detail that may seem insignificant financially, but is meaningful in a luxury hotel, where such basic gestures of hospitality should feel generous rather than transactional. -The accounting policy feels particularly ungenerous. While the hotel requires immediate prepayment of the entire accommodation amount, refunds can take several weeks to be processed. This imbalance is difficult to reconcile with the level of service and hospitality one expects from a luxury property. Overall, its money-conscious approach to small details undermines the feeling of generosity that should be at the heart of Greek hospitality, making the luxury feel somewhat superficial….

What a gorgeous hotel! The rooms were amazing. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were fantastic and tge food amazing. We all had an incredible massage in the spa! So lovely to have our own beach too! We took our 21 year old daughter but it is more tuned to young families as there is a great kids club.
