Outstanding Experience at Inn at the 5th
I highly recommend the Inn at the 5th in Eugene, Oregon. I have stayed there multiple times over the years and have never had a negative experience. The staff are extremely customer service oriented and go above and beyond to show their care for you and your experience. If you need something, just ask. I will stay here again and again!

Great stay and value!
Excellent accommodations. Free snacks, water, and beverages. Great value. Courteous staff and very friendly. Brian, the valet was so kind and personable. The staff provided excellent service!!

Amazing Hotel, great location
This hotel has the boutique hotel feeling and service nailed down. Great location with many amenities. Walking distance to local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

An Always Reliable Place to Stay in Eugene
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always found it to be excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well kept up. While on this visit, the woman at the reception desk was not friendly, this was unusual. As always, the car valets were nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel near the French restaurant Marché is a plus.

First Time Stay Went Smoothly
I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked as good in person as it did on the website, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Even though the snacks and drinks were simple (e.g., granola bars, waters, sodas, apples), they were accessible and free of charge which is very much appreciated when you pay a premium for the nice accommodations. We are thinking of returning to the Inn at the 5th or possibly trying the Gordon Hotel next time, because our son is in college there and the location is convenient to campus. The little area is very nice and we were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream, etc. nearby.
