Stayed here for a few days getaway recently and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Lovely quiet rooms. Hotel is quite spaced out over a large area. Staff are wonderful in reception and botanic bar and also the spa. Find the food and drinks quiet expensive. Great shuttle service to the marina which we used a lot. Breakfast was really good with a great variety to suit everybody. Try the omelettes delicious. All in all I will definitely come back to stay here again shortly. Well done to all the excellent staff.

Excellent hotel stayed here 2 adults 3 children in a Delux ground floor with two adjoining rooms, staff wonderful, hotel extremely clean beautiful surroundings, lovely buffet breakfast that also serves sparkling cava. Lots of choice for the breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every day there is a button by the door which you press red for no cleaning or green for clean the staff do a wonderful job also fresh towels every day if you need. Water in room that is replaced, fridge, coffee, machine, great shower products. Airport to Hotel by taxi is about 30 mins 40 euros roughly. They also run a shuttle bus into town about 10 mins ride the bus seats 7 people you need to book first thing in the morning for the same day. Times are drop to town 11am 6.30pm/7.30pm and back is 1pm afternoon and last bus back 9pm this is in low season. They drop and pick up in the same place. If you wish to get a taxi there it did cost 34 euros for the same bus so just be aware or may be use a local taxi or uber which ranges from 6 euros to 16 depending on where you wish to go into town. The spa is amazing thanks to Tatiana who gave me the most wonderful massage which was the Serenity massage pure bliss !! They had childrens activities too and i also saw a couple of people with dogs all well behaved and did not go in the pool. The staff at the pool side are fantastic a good range of drinks and food they do have a couple of restaurants all looked very nice. We had a fab stay would stay again thanks to all the staff at the hotel who made our stay such a wonderful experience.

Just spent 3 weeks here pre Easter here are my pros and cons Pros Lovely big spacious hotel very big quiet rooms fully equipped masses of storage space staff are all fantastic helpful and friendly balconies have 2 loungers but I prefer table and chairs buffet breakfast is very good and unhurried outdoor pool heated and lots of loungers and daily fresh towels and food and drinks service all day the rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean Cons The big con is saying guests have access to the Els golf club which you do not unless you pay a €500 Green fee and there are far better courses at half the price there is absolutely no access to any of the golf facilities but nearby is the Millennium/Laguna courses with free practice facilities Also the hotel boasts and indoor adults only pool which is not accurate as it’s not a swimming pool but part of the spa and costs an extra €25 per person per hour so apart from these 2 big cons I would recommend this hotel and it would be great if they changed it to adults only hotel as the quiet ambiance changed when the youngsters arrived so if you are a couple I would avoid school holidays and use the bottled water supplied daily for your drinks I will definitely return here

Spent the weekend with some friends, amazing experience, loved every single bit of it. Special regards to João, who welcomed us with the warmest of smiles. By the recommendation of some friends, we visited Botanic Bar and let me tell you: Some of the best service I have ever experienced in my life. Very special thanks to Edgar for catering to us some of the best bespoke cocktails ever. We will be back soon definitely to try some more!

We stayed here two years ago when it was still under Anantara, and it was absolutely amazing. Based on that experience, we decided to return this year—but in hindsight, the change in ownership should have been a warning sign. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to our previous one. Our room had visible mold, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, which made the space feel poorly maintained. More generally, the building itself looked quite tired, with dirty walls that could really do with a fresh coat of paint. Also worth noting: if the weather is bad, you have to pay extra to use the indoor pool, and access is limited to hourly time slots, which felt quite restrictive. On the positive side, the food was still very good, and there were some truly amazing staff members who did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Overall, a mixed experience this time around, and not quite what we had hoped for given our previous visit.
