Palais Amani

Hammam spa was incredible for a first time experience! Riad was bespoke and beautiful! We traveled as a family of 3. Separate enough to have comforts of home while experiencing the warm personality of Fes. The architecture of Palais Amani was incredible! Every detail is remarkable from the mosaics to the stained glass, to the plastering to the cedar carvings. The hospitality was incredible, we felt very welcome with personalized introductions and a lovely tea welcoming moment, we will never forget.

What an amazing hotel. It truly is a hidden oasis at the edge of the medina. As soon as you enter, the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely, and we also had an evening meal and a tapas which were great too. The place is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are beautiful. The staff wait on you hand and foot and are lovely. I will definitely be returning.

Fes was an interesting city with the narrow passageways and alleys inside the Medina. In this confusing area Palais Amani is located. It feels like an oasis amidst the chaos of the narrow passageways. We were greeted with the traditional Moroccan tea ceremony and later conducted to our room. The bed was super comfortable, we found a set of two chairs and a table where a tray with nuts, olives and other goodies were laid out for us. The bathroom was very well appointed with everything needed. The following morning we visited the Medina along with our private guide and went through the maze of passageways with small stores selling everything you can think of. After lunch we were tired and asked the guide to take us back to our hotel for a rest. We were surprised that we found the hotel so close to where all the action is. You arrive back to the oasis amidst the chaos.

Palais Amani is the only hotel I will ever stay in Fez. It’s is lovely. The perfect location for the Medina. The staff is spectacular. Service for every need you may have. Internet was perfect. Our room comfortable. Air conditioning a delight. Their recommendations made our trip easy and fun. Thank you to all at Palais Amani

From check-in to check-out, a very pleasant experience. Mariam, Abdul provided extraordinary service. We're vegetarian and were kinda bored with local food options, the kitchen produced excellent variations not once but twice. Kudos! Lovely, well maintained hotel with very nice rooms. Highly recommended.
