The most beautiful resting spot for my last few days in Morocco. A little peace and beauty palace. I can't recommend Palais Amani enough. And the breakfast...can't tell you enough. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer to try the restaurant and the spa.

Our stay at Palais Amani was truly one of the highlights of our two-week trip to Morocco—and easily one of our favorite hotel experiences anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional, even by Moroccan standards (which are already incredibly high). The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. They quickly learned who we were, greeted us warmly each day, and consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. What really set this stay apart was how effortless they made everything feel and how attentive the staff was throughout. We were greeted personally by the breakfast staff every day. The staff came directly to our room to escort us to the spa—we genuinely didn’t have to think about a single detail, which is a key mark of luxury travel. They arranged taxis seamlessly, organized porters to accompany us to dinner each evening, and were always ready to accommodate any request. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask. We loved spending time throughout the property—whether enjoying rooftop drinks and snacks with sweeping views over Fes, having lunch in the serene courtyard, or unwinding with a spa package (highly recommend the “Pampering Paradise for Two”). Every space felt thoughtful, beautiful, and relaxing. We stayed for four nights and would have loved to stay even longer. It is a phenomenal base to explore Fes (taxi stand is extremely close, which is essential in the Medina - it’s easily navigable on your own, and a very short (couple of minutes) walk. But the hotel staff will also send someone with you if you prefer an escort). We absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Morocco (and already have recommended it to multiple friends!).

My partner & I have never been to Morocco before and it has been a life-changing experience. We found the Palais a wonderful paradise in the middle of the hectic urban labyrinth of Fez. Every detail is welcoming and luxurious - from the fragrant orange blossom scent right through beautiful geometric tiles throughout and up to the roof terrace with panoramic views across the city, hearing the call to prayer. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return

We were guests of the holiday for 2 nights. Arrangements were through our agent Odynovo. It was one of our favourite lodgings of the 8 where we stayed during our 2 1/2 week trip through Morocco. We were greeted on our arrival by the hotel manager, who escorted us to a gentleman who treated us to a special tea service and cookies while our documents were reviewed. The manager then informed us that we had been upgraded from our classic room to a 2 storey suite that included 2 bathrooms, a sitting area, and a large bedroom. It was beautiful space but not for everyone. The stairs were steep, so if one had mobility issues, it would not have been suitable. To be clear, we were asked if the stairs would be an issue. We loved the suite. Housekeeping was excellent. All staff were lovely. All our requests were accommodated and we perceived a genuine desire to please. Unfortunately, the weather was inclement during our visit, so we were not able to enjoy the courtyard for a cocktail or meals. It is very beautiful. We imagine when the sun is shining, it's paradise. We did have dinner both nights at Eden and were happy with both meals. The bar is relaxing for drinks and service again was very good. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, although not remarkable. We recommend.

Palais Amani is a beautiful riad with a stunning courtyard and roof terrace. The rooms are gorgeous and the spa was lovely. However the tiles on the floor in the bedrooms anbd elsewhere are very worn and a lot of them were loose. I also felt the staff were a tiny bit two faced - smiles most of the time but those smiles often dropped. The cleaners were also always on their phones rather than actually cleaning. On the whole it was lovely though.
