We recently stayed at Nanuku for a week. The generosity, professionalism and kind spirit of both the management and staff were truly remarkable. The resort itself is not only beautifully constructed but also immaculately mantained. Vinaka Nanuku

We stay at a lot of resorts and this was recommended to our family from our travel planner. The resort is in need of major updates and renovations. Most of their equipment is quite dated and you expect more for the amount you are paying. For the kids club- each child gets a nanny which is great but I wish they had more planned activities that would integrate the children. For the adults: just sit by the pool and if the weather isn’t great- the hotel doesn’t do anything to entertain their guests. Instead, when you are ordering food or drinks they make it a point to remind you of uncharges and it just gives guests an uncomfortable feeling. We spoke with several other guests, who kind of had the same feeling and felt like the resort could do way more, but they just choose not to. Sad because we were optimistic about the stay but it just landed flat. Room service takes forever and usually arrives cold. There is no sense of urgency or understanding that you are here on vacation and would like things done and to make your stay more relaxing. They say they spray for mosquitos but we were eaten alive despite wearing repellant. I would choose a different resort and really do your research.

Nanuku is a must-go if you are planning your holiday. Very thoughtful and welcoming staff. We enjoyed it so much!!!!! They turn a holiday resort into a home we never wanted to leave.

Hotel staff extremely friendly, excellent housekeeping with clean room, nice room with a view, on the beach. The negative - truck road noise from highway. Restaurant service terrible and food mediocre. Most evenings one would order a meal and over an hour later it would show up and be cold. Lunch service a tad better. Orders not always correct either. It's more a three star resort than a five star for the price one pays.

We stayed here as a result of an auction package bought through Winspire travel agency. We are so lucky to have found this place. Nanuku is a magical resort with the friendliest staff on the planet. We cannot wait to return and were so sad to leave. Even with some days of rain and wind we still felt like we were at the most beautiful place in the world. It truly was a special experience that is hard to replicate anywhere else in the world. We stayed at another resort on a different part of the island and it paled in comparison. We truly felt immersed in the culture and community of this little paradise. The food was wonderful, the staff were incredible - so kind and generous. The location was like no other. The excursions and activities were once in a lifetime experiences. It's truly hard to put it into words how wonderful this trip was. Highly recommend adding this to your bucket list for life. Vinaka Nanuku!
