It's such a shame for a 5 stars hotel that they don't have a parking place for the limousine and minivan for their guests. They are parked everywhere around the hotel even at the zebra crossing and in the parking for disabled people. Such a bad organisation. They don't know how to organize big events without causing trouble to other guests and people living in the area.

A truly unforgettable experience in the wonderful majesty of this gorgeous Palazzo and its tranquil gardens, right in the heart of Florence. Our room was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, with its stunning frescoed ceiling, Murano chandeliers and the perfect balance of historical touches with modern comfort. The team helping us during our stay from the beginning to its end were an absolute credit to Four Seasons (particular mention of Alessio, Valentina, Edoardo & Costanza). After a busy day’s sightseeing in Florence, what better than a luxury afternoon tea at the Atrium at the Four Seasons hotel … just fabulous. Food, surroundings and service second to none. Just be aware it’s a bit of a stroll from the centre … but that built up our appetite!
