Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa

I had a very disappointing experience at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa and would not recommend it, especially considering the high price point. From the moment we arrived, the service felt slow and unorganized. Staff were not attentive and often seemed uninterested in helping, which is unacceptable for a so-called luxury resort. The villa itself looked good at first glance, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. There were visible dust spots, and the pool was not properly maintained. For a resort that markets itself as exclusive and high-end, the level of upkeep was far below expectations. Dining was another major letdown. Food took far too long to arrive, portions were small, and the quality did not match the price at all. The menu also felt limited, especially for longer stays. What made it worse was the lack of responsiveness when we raised concerns. Issues were either ignored or handled very slowly, making the whole stay frustrating rather than relaxing. Overall, this resort does not deliver the luxury experience it promises. There are far better options in Mauritius for the same price or even less. I would not return.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to, and the best for the last several years, and I’m used to staying luxury hotels. Food - variety, taste, and service - all outstanding. Rooms and amenities - perfect!! Services everywhere - flawless. Beautiful beach (some issues with the sea itself but its nature, not the hotel!)) and pool. Most importantly, you feel luxury of seclusion and privacy. And the most surprising part was the prices - not overpriced at all!! I also appreciated that all the matters we raised were resolved quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr. Harrison Dowlutrao for a very professional leadership.

we had the chance to stay at maradiva.. everything was perfect, from the restaurants to the pool or activities. We especially appreciated the staff (available, kiind and very attentive), the calm and the kids' club (special mention to Shéhérazade and Sandra who take good care of our child with many playful activities). Facilities and equipment were top notch. Villas are incredible and ensure privacy
