Epic 5 star hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Don't miss this 5 star hotel, amazing and beautiful decor as soon as you walk in. Staff impeccably trained and nothing was too much trouble. Antonello was so helpful booking restaurants and sharing information, and helping us with planning. Our premium room with queen bed was large just so lush and immaculately decorated, Ammenities was also very 5 star. Nice sitting area under window Nightly turndown service refreshed towels, replace of coffee etc and chocolates on bed. Room always kept immaculately clean. 5 stars to the housekeeping team. Coffee machine and tea making facilities in room with all the necessities in a beautiful appointed bathroom. Free water outside the room was a bonus. Breakfast was epic ! Everything available, including gluten free section. Location of this hotel is just perfect, walking 2 mins to main shops, wine window in same street. Recommendations from Antonello for dinner on 3 nights were just perfect. Have no hesitation on always coming back to this immaculately kept, 5 star hotel, with its beautiful lobby and lovely dressed welcoming staff. Looking forward to a return visit and wishing you all the very best Grazie Mille

A great stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Great hotel in an unbeatable location in Florence. Had a phone stolen at a nearby restaurant and the concierge team made us feel comfortable despite an unsettling start to the trip. Very pleasant staff, and a clean, well-appointed deluxe room that had character, and was spacious for European standards. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little snug. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber, so wouldn’t hesitate to skip it if I were to return. Overall, a great option when staying in Florence.

Amazing location very central only a short walk to all the main sites. Delightful hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Very beautiful reception with stain glass ceiling and very elegant clean and quiet rooms. Lovely breakfast room and very special bar for cocktails. Overall recommend and we will come again!!

The location was perfect in the center of everything but not on the busiest street. The rooms were huge and well decorated. The staff was so friendly. The ice machine in the common areas was a lovely plus.

Great location, not a memorable hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Hotel has a creat location, walkable to all the touristy spots, museums, shops and restaurants. The overall property is nice, nice decor. Some of the rooms are spacious, some are not. My shower… terrible, every time I took a shower I ended up doing a mess and needing a big towel to dry the floor. The hotel is nice, but something is missing to make it special. Options at the breakfast are limited.
