Honeymoon Haven
The Hotel Porta Rossa was absolutely fabulous! It is located in an incredible part of Florence - a 5-20 minute walk from anything and everything you could want. The breakfast offerings were expansive, interesting and delicious. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly and attentive and so so welcoming. We'd love to give a shout out especially to: Nirvan, Antonino, Antonello & Antionetta. We could not have asked for a better way to start our honeymoon.

A great hotel
A great hotel with very good service. Location is amazing. The smell of the hotel is so good! Room was not quiet and the breakfast although very big, not so tasty in our opinion. But overall one of the most beautiful Hotels we slept in

A Florence gem
The hotel is not only historical and gorgeous, but the staff were all very helpful and friendly in this bustling area of Florence. The location is perfect for shopping and strolling for a gelato. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return.

Highly recommend! A perfect base near the main attractions
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station. It’s elegant yet cozy, and the bed was incredibly soft—I had a fantastic, restful sleep. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were exceptionally patient and helpful. I’d absolutely love to stay here for a few more days next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa. The hotel is beautiful, full of history and character, and perfectly located in the heart of Florence — but what truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality. A very special thank you to Giuseppe, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly warm, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely made us feel so well taken care of. His recommendations and help were fantastic, and every interaction with him made our time in Florence that much more memorable. This is the kind of hospitality that can completely transform a hotel stay, and Giuseppe is an incredible asset to the hotel. The entire experience was seamless, welcoming, and special from beginning to end. We loved Porta Rossa and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Florence. Highly recommend!
