Overall, a disappointment. The rooms are fine. No meaningful complaints there. Frustrating that the conditioner was watered down and there was no shampoo in the bathtub (just hand soap by mistake). Easily solved. Bigger problems exist in that the scrambled eggs were stone cold at the buffet, the room service folks required us to come and get ice cubes from the rooftop bar, the hallways on the first and sixth floors are in dire need of a refresh. Honestly, we were deeply concerned as we first approached our rooms that they were going to be in the condition of the hallways. It’s the first thing they need to fix. The lotion dispenser came right off the wall in our bathroom, and it was clearly not the first time. It became obvious that they had patched there before. The water pressure in the shower was a disappointing trickle. The mosquitoes in the elevators (we killed three in a single ride) were unpleasant, and the complimentary WiFi was so bad that I had to go to a Starbucks to write this review. We really wanted to love this place, but we will instead be speaking with Costco Travel about whether they really want to continue to leave this one on their list of vendors.

The hotel is far out and not close to anything. The room was dark and dingy and the halls and room had a terrible smell - like old cooking oil. It was vile. We asked for an extra blanket and it arrived with blood on it. The room.was dusty and appeared not be cleaned well. The roof top "pool" was green in colour with a mouldly like film trimming the top of the pool. Pools should.not be green. Further, the roof top space it beyong small and only suitable should you want to sit in a chair, crammed.near somewhere else. This is not a place to lounge. Regardless, the pool looked like it hasdnt been cleaned or the water quality been treated in a significant amount of time. We left at 10pm to go to another hotel. I brought this to the hotels attention and told them I was very upset. They offered me a.downgraded.room.where I could my luggage outside on a mini terrace!!! I was appalled. They would not refund me.for the first night even though we left and did not stay. I thought it was a.disgrace to take my.money for that night given the conditions and circumstances of the hotel. Do not stay here.

Excellent service and very clean hotel, staff is really helpful and want to satisfy the guests, with warm service and professional attitude, attention to guest needs and a way to service good. Very near city center, very nice breakfast as a start of the day.

Our stay was disappointing from the start. The room was not prepared at all, and basic items like towels and toilet paper were missing. We had to contact reception several times for essentials. Cleanliness was clearly below standard. Despite the central location and polite staff, the hotel experience did not reflect its star rating.

Great spacious room for 3. Great location Wonderful roof top with view pool and bar until Late night. Great service and 10 mn from down town. Confortable beds, great roomviews aswell.
