NH Firenze

Excellent service and very clean hotel, staff is really helpful and want to satisfy the guests, with warm service and professional attitude, attention to guest needs and a way to service good. Very near city center, very nice breakfast as a start of the day.

Our stay was disappointing from the start. The room was not prepared at all, and basic items like towels and toilet paper were missing. We had to contact reception several times for essentials. Cleanliness was clearly below standard. Despite the central location and polite staff, the hotel experience did not reflect its star rating.

Great spacious room for 3. Great location Wonderful roof top with view pool and bar until Late night. Great service and 10 mn from down town. Confortable beds, great roomviews aswell.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location away from centre but easy walking distance or you could hop on metro just metres away from hotel. Great breakfast with good selections. Rooms well appointed with kettle and robe for clothes. However housekeeping not that good towels not replaced after removing and teas, coffee & sugar not replaced daily so having to contact daily for replacement carpets in hall not vacuumed regular. Great rooftop bar & pool with spectacular views.

Imagine traveling 22 hours with 2 connections, and arriving exhausted but happy in Florence. NH Firenze hotel was a gem! The reception was warm (Francesca spoke flawless English which was just wonderful as we are still practicing our Italiano.) Our suite was just beautiful and welcoming. All of the common areas were beautiful architecture. The rooftop restaurant (al fresco) provided a beautiful view, amazing food (we had the pasta), and of course chianti. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel for your Firenze visit. Walking distance to all the city has to offer. Worth a splurge if you want to travel in total comfort and style.
