Exceptional hotel and staff
Bernini Palace Hotel is an exceptional hotel. The staff were welcoming, polite and very helpful, the Consierge, Lorenzo, especially. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was a welcome start to each day. The hotel is brilliantly located in the centre of Florence and within walking distance of the many museums and galleries. The Duomo is just a few minutes away.

Excellent travel experience
We had an excellent travel experience at the Hotel Bernini. It is in a building from the 15th century which has been renovated with excellent air conditioning, large rooms for an old building, and decorated stylishly. The employees are very attentive to your experience which is a sign of excellent management. The location of the hotel is an easy walk to the restaurants and museums in the historic District of Florence. It is a good location to explore from. We would stay there again if we return to Florence.

Wonderful Hotel
This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Florence. It’s inside a former palace, never more than 15 min away from all points of interest. The staff are fantastic, especially Lorenzo who made our stay wonderful, highly recommend.

Outstanding location. Elegant and stylish bathroom. Classy bar/lounge area. Great A/C. The breakfast options need improvement, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. The concierge's assistance could be better.
