Amazing Staff & Hotel
Amazing Hotel, fantastic location most of all absolutely amazing helpful staff, we stayed 4 nights for our 40th wedding anniversary, we had an upgraded room, bottle of bubbles and chocolates in our room on arrival, we went out for the night when we returned the staff had scattered rose petals around our room and on our bed, what a lovely kind touch , nothing was too much trouble so kind and helpful . thank you to all the staff at the Brunelleschi Hotel.

Great location, Fantastic view.
Location is right near the Duomo, maybe two minutes walk. We had a panoramic view room. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the room, including two different elevators and some stairs, but then we got there and WOW WHAT A VIEW! I've never had this incredible of a view in a hotel room before. I don't think the pictures below do it justice. It would be like if the built a hotel right between the Washington monument and the US Capital building, and you could look out your bedroom and see all of them surrounding you. I literally just laid in the bed and looked on one side at the Duomo and other other side at the Palazzo Vecchio and Arno. You could see the whole city. The service throughout at the hotel was superb, from the front desk to the restaurants for dinner and breakfast. First class.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location right near the Duomo and shopping. Close to everything! Very nice staff, nice bedding, quiet rooms and good breakfast. Thoughtful touches like providing large umbrellas when it poured. Great shower pressure—hard to find in Europe.
