Amazing Experience in Florence
The service was absolutely phenomenal! The little things that you would never think of, they thought of. Top tier service from the moment we got there. The room was spacious and very comfortable as well. Location of the hotel was very easy to get anywhere. Insanely clean room. The windows were sound proof. Being on a Main Street, you didn’t hear a thing. The value for the stay was incredible! Wish I could give them 10 stars

Great location and the best ever staff
We loved the central location of this historic beautiful hotel, that has beautifully combined the ancient tower with a modern building and updates throughout. From the very first moment at the check-in, the incredible helpfulness and kindness of the staff became instantly obvious. We have stayed in many excellent hotels worldwide, but the attentiveness and helpfulness of Brunelleschi's staff went above and beyond, it was truly the best ever. Ditto about the breakfast which had everything one could wish for, and mire, and even champagne!! Our only little peeve was that the room and the bathroom were so very small that it was difficult to find space for our two carry on, and two backpacks. We would love to come back to this gorgeous hotel when back in Rome, but we would ask for a bit more space.

Amazing hotel
A definite must to stay here, from the front desk to the bell hops to the bartenders/servers. Top Knotch customer service. Hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of it all. View of the duomo right from your window. Will definitely stay here again. Madelin- niccolo absolutely wonderful employees that go over and beyond.
