Brunelleschi Hotel

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Florence's main attractions. The breakfast was excellent and the concierge/staff spoke good English and were really helpful and friendly. There is a lovely outdoor bar area. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, a well-stocked mini bar/snack station and decent coffee. We were also able to order breakfast boxes when we had an early start. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. The location is central and all of the must see sights are within easy walking distance. Despite its central location it was very quiet and the bed was super comfy so we slept well. The service is truly excellent, from everyone at reception to the housekeeping team. We ate in the osteria twice and the food was wonderful, as was the service. The breakfast buffet is extensive and excellent quality. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Having stayed at hotels throughout Europe, the Brunelleschi Hotel in Florence distinguishes itself as one of the best in Europe. The concierge service., especially Sergio, left no stone unturned to deliver the ultimate travel experience. They went the extra mile with reservations, special accommodations, and most importantly, delivered the personal care to make sure our must stay in Florence and Tuscany was memorable . This review focues entirely on the hotel staff, from the front desk, to the servers, to the housekeepers. I cannot say enough adjectives to convey the sense of gracious and generous hospitality afforded me and all other interactions I saw throughout my week long stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and presented as such each day. The breakfast offerings were a full wonderful assorment of taste treats from garden smoothies, fresh yogurts and fruits, pasties, etc, etc,etc. All arranged very tastefully as was everything else about the Hotel. As a side note- I had a medical incident during my stay and there was no end to the front desk making certain my clothes were cleaned, my watch was repaired, and the purchase of sufficient cash to ensure payment for medical treatment (which is on a cash basis by the way.) A stay at the Brunelleschi puts you right in the center of Florence, off the main street, very quiet and secluded from the hustle which is just steps away. This hotel will be a welcome addition to your travels.

We stayed at the Brunelleschi Hotel for 6 nights after a week in Rome; we definitely preferred this hotel! What a charming, comfortable hotel that's central to all the major sites. Even though it's in the middle of the city and 1.5 blocks from the Duomo, inside the hotel is quiet and calm. The room was larger than expected, the bed was similar to our king size at home, and the large windows had blackout curtains for getting a deep sleep. The staff were welcoming and friendly and readily available to help out with anything you need such as extra water in your room and laundry service. We appreciated the large breakfast buffet every morning. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
