Brunelleschi Hotel

The hotel location was wonderful, near the Duomo. So many restaurants and souvenir shops around. The hotel was amazing - rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, breakfast was lovely and comes with prosecco. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Love the hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Florence.

From the very moment we stepped through the doors of the Brunelleschi Hotel, we were embraced with genuine warmth and hospitality. The butler greeted us with grace, and every member of the staff made us feel truly welcome. After a tiring journey from Rome—and a disappointing hotel experience there—this was a breath of fresh air. We arrived two hours before the official check-in time, fully expecting to wait, but to our delight, our room was ready. This thoughtful touch immediately set the tone for the exceptional service we would experience throughout our stay. Over the course of four wonderful days, we were consistently met with smiles and kindness. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to greet us and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at the Brunelleschi was another highlight—beautifully presented, delicious, and served by attentive staff who anticipated our needs before we even asked. Of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Italy, the Brunelleschi stands out not only for its comfort and elegance, but for the warmth of its people. It is a place I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Florence.

This hotel is fabulous on every front. The staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for you and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and catered for every requirement. The restaurant food was to die for and the location was excellent. On the whole we could not find any fault we will definitely be visiting again.

We stayed at the Brunelleschi for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon across Italy. After trailing our luggage through a very hot (39°c!) city centre, we were kindly greeted with cool towels and fresh juice/water. Every member of staff here was wonderful. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade and an ice cold bottle of prosecco was waiting for us when we checked out our room. The room: lovely comfortable bed, fantastic AC, lovely big windows and view. Toiletries provided were excellent- they had thought of everything you might need. When we returned to our room later on we were greeted with rose petals on the bed and chocolates on the pillows- a nice touch. The hotel: the building itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed many drinks in the bar and always received good service. The staff are very proud of their hotel and it's history. The location is fantastic, walking distance to absolutely everything and although on a noisy street, we couldn't hear a thing when the windows were closed and got a very good night's sleep. Breakfast: breakfast was excellent. There was a fantastic choice of fresh food, pastries, fruit and juices and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We left full up every morning for another day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return in the future. Thank you.

Great location, excellent staff and service. If you are looking to stay in the center of the action, but still want quiet, this hotel gives you both.
