This hotel is located right in the heart of Florence and convenient to everything. The service is impeccable and hotel is beautiful. Amenities are luxurious. What sets this hotel apart however is the amazing concierge services. Our trip was complicated by delayed flights and lost luggage. The hotel concierge was so amazing in helping us arrange last minute transportation, advocating for us via the airline partner responsible for our lost luggage, and rebooking dinner reservations when we couldn’t make them in time. They went above and beyond calling the airline partner and sending emails on our behalf to help me navigate our luggage situation. It was a very personal touch and we will definitely stay with them again when we return to Florence!

Brunelleschi Hotel in Florence is in the ideal position for all the usual tourist destinations being in the centre of the medieval town The hotel features in many of the walking tours. The service and staff are friendly respectful attentive without being intrusive and you will hardly notice all the tiny things they do for you that makes your time with them so special and a five star experience. It’s well worth every Euro of its room rates with housekeeping second to none with curtains closed slippers left out and even complementary water chocolates ear plugs We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence

Amazing Hotel, fantastic location most of all absolutely amazing helpful staff, we stayed 4 nights for our 40th wedding anniversary, we had an upgraded room, bottle of bubbles and chocolates in our room on arrival, we went out for the night when we returned the staff had scattered rose petals around our room and on our bed, what a lovely kind touch , nothing was too much trouble so kind and helpful . thank you to all the staff at the Brunelleschi Hotel.
