This is a luxury hotel with a great location. We stayed in a suite with an amazing view of the Duomo. We cannot say enough about the outstanding level of personal service. In particular, Concierge staff member Raffaele went way above and beyond to personally retrieve a suitcase we had attempted to ship to the hotel but was hung up in the Italian postal system. We definitely would stay here again if/when we return someday to lovely Florence.

Great clean hotel with superb service. Did not know what to expect since this was our first visit to Italy. Paulus and staff went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean, roomy and very comfortable. Daily planning was a breeze through them and umbrellas provided for inclimental weather. They even made transfer plans for us for Sorrento. Location wise was great as well. Will definitely stay there again

The junior suite was very elegant with a great view. At check in, we were asked if we were celebrating an occasion. We said yes, celebrating our daughters graduation from college. We were given a bottle of champagne with a “happy anniversary” note attached with roses. When we returned from a long excursion from Chinque Terre, tired and hungry, we were turned away from the hotel restaurant. Forcing us to find another place to eat, away from our accommodations. That experience was very disappointing. I often felt unappreciated as a guest.

Our stay at Brunelleschi Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. Before we even got there, the concierge, Raffaele, was so helpful in helping us book a car from the airport & a few tickets to museums, etc. It's in an incredible location - so close to everything and we found the room to be so comfortable with more room than expected! When we arrived, we were immediately treated like royalty and that continued throughout our stay. We're so grateful for our time there and would go back in a heartbeat!

Very historic hotel. Many modern amenities. Junior suite had two spacious rooms and a nice jet bathtub and a good shower. Bottled water available at Front Desk daily. Hotel bar was very romantic. Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Rome.
