The Brunelleschi has been completely refurbished, its elegant rooms are equipped with all comforts and tasteful bathroom amenities. Nestled inside the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, heart and symbol of the Brunelleschi Hotel, 2 MICHELIN star restaurant Santa Elisabetta is the 7-table fine dining restaurant of the hotel: the ideal setting for a romantic intimate dinner or a strategic business lunch. For a more informal option, taste Tuscan delicacies at the hotel's Osteria Pagliazza restaurant, which seasonal offers outdoor seating on the quiet patio overlooking the Byzantine Tower.

Rm 416 Jr Suite. Quality in everything. The customer service is exceptional - they are so kind and accommodating, everyone! The bed was very comfortable, soft bathrobes, love the very dark curtains and you can also close the outside shutters for more dark. Quick responses to anything we needed. Location - ridiculously in the perfect place! But extremely quiet noise-insulated windows, quite impressive.

I'm struggling to find the words to do the Brunelleschi justice. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately presented, full of interesting art and stylish furniture, terrifying glass stairs and landings, it's own museum, tower and rooms you'd be happy to stay in all day were it not for the vibrant Firenzie calling from the outside. It's situated in the beating heart of Florence, with the incredible Duomo close enough for the bells to wake you in the morning. However, I've long held the belief that an accommodation is made, or broken, by its staff, and it's here that the Brunelleschi really shines. The hotel was the last part of our honeymoon, and it was truly the icing on the cake. On arrival, we received the warmest welcome and felt the passion they had for their establishment, it's history and the service provided. The aforementioned museum would have meant little without the guided tour that accompanied it, delivered, with genuine enthusiasm by Paulos, who clearly loves what he does and made our stay nothing short of wonderful. The same can be said for Lorenzo and many more whose names I didn't catch. We met warm, friendly people throughout the hotel and have some amazing, treasured memories to thank them for. Priceless.

We recently stayed twice at this hotel, about a week apart, once in the Duomo suite and later in the Bargello suite. Both of our experiences were absolutely outstanding. The location is central and easy walking distance to every place we wished to visit. We offer very sincere thanks to Antonella at reception who was extremely friendly, hospitable, and helpful - particularly when we had to deal with lost luggage by our airline on our initial stay. Both of our suites were terrific- spacious, well furnished, and very quiet. They were immaculately clean and were kept that way by the great housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent, and we would like to thank Alina for her exceptional service. We enjoyed this hotel immensely, and when we return to Florence we will certainly be staying at the Brunelleschi.

We had the most amazing experience at Brunelleschi Hotel giving it a 5 star for their quality of hotel, service, location, and bedding. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked. The included breakfast had a large selection of foods and drinks. It was also much better than a few of our restaurant experiences. The hotel location was absolutely perfect! It was just 3-4 minute walk from the Duomo — and down a quiet alley, which meant little traffic in front of the hotel. Speaking of the hotel, the tower and the architecture is just so beautiful and historic. We also had dinner at one of the two restaurants and the food was unique and delicious. (Make sure to make a reservation.). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t recommend it enough.
