The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, but the highlight of our trip was meeting Raffaele. He took great care of our family and was an integral part of what made our stay there so enjoyable. He took the weight off from me as I didn’t do the best job planning my own wedding and he saved me. If it wasn’t for Raffaele I don’t know what we would’ve done. I am so thankful for everything you did for us. You helped us tremendously and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who values customer service. The other staff such as Ionut and the rest of the team was also very helpful. We can’t wait to get back.

Excellent location and staff. You can walk everywhere and return at any time during your day to rest up. Concierge was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Located in one of the oldest buildings in Florence. I can’t imagine a better stay!

I love hotels and planned to split my visit across two during my week in Florence. However, quickly after checking into the Hotel Brunelleschi Firenze, I cancelled my second reservation and extended my stay. The location is perfect for a first trip. While central, it is also tucked away off the main streets. The windows are sound proof but could open for fresh air and to hear the bustle and music of the city. The decor and amenities are top notch for even the entry level rooms. I slept well and enjoyed hot showers with strong water pressure in a large, spotless, and opulent bathroom. These modern luxuries made even more impressive given that the hotel includes a historical tower with Roman ruins in the basement. If you forget, you will see tour guides stop in front and point it out to their group. But it is the reception, concierge and front of house staff that made the trip exceptional. They are the perfect blend of competent and warm. I requested a particular restaurant (far too close to my arrival) that is difficult to get into as it is very small and does not take online reservations. The waiter went out of his way to look after me, specifically because I was a guest of the Brunelleschi. Breakfast and the cocktail bar were both very good. I didn't particularly love the (more informal) restaurant menu, but that's down to my personal preference for a more casual trattoria experience. I thought the Osteria was perhaps too close in style to its Michelin starred fine dining sister - which for some would be a plus, just not my thing. Regardless, the wait / bar staff and sommelier were all excellent. Five star hotels, while opulent, can also be ridiculously priced. I don't care for AirBnBs when in an unfamiliar city because I prefer to be looked after (and a good concierge is so valuable in a stylish city). The Hotel Brunelleschi is the perfect size, in the perfect location, with the perfect staff. and I hope to visit again.

Rm 416 Jr Suite. Quality in everything. The customer service is exceptional - they are so kind and accommodating, everyone! The bed was very comfortable, soft bathrobes, love the very dark curtains and you can also close the outside shutters for more dark. Quick responses to anything we needed. Location - ridiculously in the perfect place! But extremely quiet noise-insulated windows, quite impressive.
