An amazing stay for visiting Florence. A beautiful hotel with so many unique experiences offered on site. Staff was friendly and available to assist with requests for reservations or experiences within the Florence/Tuscany area. The room was amazing, comfortable and inviting. The location of the hotel was great - close to city center but removed enough for quiet and relaxation. The entire facility was clean and very clean.

Phenomenal experience all around! Design, atmosphere and staff were all 5 stars. The property is absolutely stunning, rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and the staff was extremely attentive. They assisted in so many of our travel plans from picking us up at the airport to organizing restaurant reservations. High my recommend this property.

​I stayed at Collegio for three nights over the New Year’s holiday with my wife and two children, and the hospitality we received was truly exceptional. ​Since the hotel just opened in March 2025, everything felt pristine. I learned that it was renovated from a famous historic boarding school in Florence, and they have perfectly harmonized modern luxury with the building's historical heritage. The hotel itself felt like a work of art. ​I was deeply impressed that many staff members knew my name and treated us with genuine warmth. The breakfast was also outstanding—far superior to typical European luxury hotels in terms of taste, presentation, and ambiance. ​The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the New Year’s Gala Dinner. The five-hour event flew by, thanks to the top-tier food and the amazing professional entertainers. The Concierge team also deserves special mention for planning our itinerary as if it were their own, ensuring we maximized our three-day trip. ​The only minor downside is that it is located about 15 minutes from downtown, so you do need to take a shuttle. However, given the overall experience, this was a small price to pay. Highly recommended!

The best part of staying here once, is coming back! I thought the first visit was perfect. The Team a this property showed us that even the most remarkable experience can always be improved. What a lovely hotel! I travel quite a bit and I’d have to put this as my top. The design of the hotel is breathtaking with every little detail thought of. The staff were amazing and attentive and really wonderful with the kids as well. They anticipated all our needs offered wonderful suggestions and were beyond helpful. After And we’re beyond helpful. After three nights there we really did not want to leave!
