Ideal location for exploring Florence!
What a true gem! A wonderfully situated hotel in the heart of Florence, so easy to reach all of the main sights. All staff were really friendly and helped us with our requests - dinner reservation, taxi to airport - it all helped make our stay that more enjoyable. We had two adjoining rooms both of which were immaculate and the housekeeping team did a superb job of providing for our needs during our 4-night stay. Finally, breakfast was in their sister hotel opposite and offered a wide selection of options. Thank you all so much - you're all doing an exceptional job and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend you to others - the Baldry family.

Our favorite hotel in Florence!
Amazing hotel and staff! Our stay was short, but absolutely incredible. The front desk staff welcomed us the moment we arrived in our car, gave us much needed cold waters on a hot day!, arranged dinner reservations, even changed a reservation very last minute when we decided we were looking for something different. Truly, I believe there is no ask that is too much that the team at Hotel Continentale will not try to do to make your stay the best. And the rooms were beautiful!!!! - we stayed in rooms 601 and 701 that accommodated our family of 4 in a 3 story suite. Absolutely perfect - don’t hesitate to book at this hotel, you will be so happy you did!

Loved the location, the room size and 1st class service from the staff. Would for sure stay here if we come back! The trip started as business for my husband and we extended for our 25th Anniversary

Great place for a brief stay in Florence
This boutique hotel has the perfect location and boasts beautiful accommodations. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooftop has a terrific view of the Arno and city. Great option for Florence!

A warm welcome and a great hotel!
This hotel was fantastic - far better than what the pictures on the website show! Rooms we very comfortable and a great size with large bathroom and views over the river and bridge. The service from Benedetta and Roberto was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.
