Room was comfy and modern. Spacious for Italy. Beds were very comfortable. Modern bathroom. A++ blackout shades add to the comfort. Small refrigerators and daily housekeeping make for an immaculate stay.

Continental Hotel Florence
The hotel service is excellent. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional and always available to assist with directions, booking excursions, and printing boarding passes. I think they were all Hired from the same modeling agency because all the woman on staff look like models and the men are all very handsome. Not just that, they are highly educated and can speak on a range of different topics in several languages. The rooms are large and have all of the essentials. The house keeping staff is very thorough and sanitized our room daily. Breakfast is a feast that will keep you going throughout the days travels Very conveniently located near all of the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay, we look forward to our next trip and we are certain you will enjoy your stay as well.

Wedding Weekend at Hotel Continental
Hotel continental housed most of my guest for my wedding weekend and we couldn’t be happier with their service !!!! THEY WERE AMAZING and every time I’m going back to Florence I will be staying here ! They catered to everything we needed and any questions we had they answered immediately. By far the best hotel service I’ve ever experience and we were lucky enough to experience it during our wedding weekend! Thank you so much for everything and for making our dream wedding a reality!

First class Florence accomodation
Welcome by helpful staff. Very comfortable and well appointed room. All furnishings and equipment in room very good quality and aesthetic. Plentiful breakfast in sister hotel. Location excellent next to Ponte Vecchio. All in all a great stay.

Best Stay in Florence
The Hotel has a five star plus service. The rooms are super, the service and the total staff is wordlclass. Breakfast super. We will come back! We have not even 1 point, which could be better!
