Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay and what truly made it exceptional was the staff. Alison at the reception was warm, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the very start. The doormen were equally amazing—always attentive, friendly, and greeting us every time we walked through the door. We also spent New Year’s on the rooftop, where the service was fantastic—the bartenders were attentive, welcoming, and made the night even more special. On top of that, the location is absolutely amazing—perfect for exploring Florence. When we return, we will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Perfecto
Everything was perfect, Room condition and size, Amenities, Location and The Staff were awesome. All arrangement has been set well, Stefano, Lucca and Roberto from Front desk were super helpful and made our trip even more unforgetable, they help us a lot and being very warm in taking care of our group especially Stefano and Lucca. Such a memorable stay and definitely will be back.

Fantastic experience
Our stay at the Continental was wonderful... the level of attention to detail was exceptional! The front desk team, including Alison and Christina and Ash were not only incredibly efficient, but also so thoughtful and kind.. a hotel like no other, beautiful clean and modern design with old school attention to service… we will be back as soon as possible!

Wonderful long weekend in Florence.
From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome by Christina. Tthoughout our stay the whole team were super professional and supportive making (and cancelling...sorry about that! ) reservations & booking tickets on our behalf. We also used the restaurants and bars of the other group hotels nearby and had exactly the same experience. On top of that the location of the hotel was unbeatable right next to the Ponte Vecchio. The room was fabulous with views over the river. A fantastic place to stay in Florence.

A delightful stay in Florence
We had a delightful stay in the Continentale. The hotel was very clean, room was lovely and comfortable, albeit the room was on the small side. The staff were exceptional at looking after us when we were there.
