Great location!

Great location by river and Ponte Vecchio, but quiet being 1/2 block away. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Slow, small elevators. Tub was probably clean but looked mildewed.

Perfect place to stay in Florence

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We absolutely loved this hotel! We booked a Gallery Prestige room and ended up on the top floor with a view of the Duomo. We were not expecting that and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very snug with some awkward elements - the cabinets prevented us from being able to open the mini fridge, the bathroom lighting was dark, the screen on the shower was a bit small, etc. Seems to be typical for hotel rooms in Europe! The hotel really stood out to us because of the location and the service. The location couldn't be better, right near all major tourist attractions, but tucked away on a side street that isn't as crowded. It was nice being able to pop back into our hotel room throughout the day because we were always close by. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful and housekeeping was AMAZING. They cleaned our room promptly everyday and included nightly turn down service. Such a nice touch! The breakfast buffet was also nice and had just what we needed.

Great hotel

Such a wonderful place to stay! This was our 3rd trip to Florence (1st partners, 2nd engaged, 3rd married!) The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I'd highly recommend this as a base for exploring. So close to Ponte Vecchio for an evening walk and a great cocktail bar on the 7th floor of the hotel! Lovely cards were left for us in out room midway and at the end of our stay. Personalisation makes that difference! Love, love, love.

Great shot break stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Stayed here as part of an organised tour, the hotel is beautiful and the location is great too, just a few minutes from the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dining room was excellent, there is a rooftop bar which is lovely, the drinks are pricey, but great service. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel smelled SEWER!! Our rooms did not. Thank god But the lobby. Elevators. Front bar. Disgusting The downstairs bar tender acted like we were bothering him asking could we order drinks. Never spoke. When asked what Gins do you have … he pointed at the wall Rooms were ok. Very small
