I’d love to know the brand of pillows that were supplied!

My family and I were there for a few days at the end of August 2025 celebrating my niece’s wedding. We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and professional. The biggest take away from me personally was the comfort of the bed and the pillows. I had a wonderful night sleep and finally was able to wake up without any neck pain. I’d be interested in knowing who makes those pillows so I can see if I could buy them for home.

Is There Maid Service?

The front desk staff (all of them) really hit the mark. However, housekeeping fell flat. First of all, I had to ASK for maid service even though I placed a Clean Up Room sign on my door. So after maid service came, I knew it was a half ass job. I used a glass and after maid service had come and gone, the dirty glass was still there and there was no replacements of shampoo, shave cream, etc. After mentioning this to front desk, I went for dinner Upon my return, in the bedroom (not bathroom) I found the amenities replaced. The dirty glass was still there. Very disappointing.. But the comfort was fine. With mobility issues, the hotel was nice enough to supply me with a wheelchair as needed The breakfast buffet was standard but there were no eggs on offer, Also, the yogurts are placed out at the beginning of breakfast and by 11 when the breakfast is closing, they have turned to liquid. Perhaps putting them in a bowl of ice or some sort of refrigeration or as ordered. A 3 rating was generous due to the problems.

Very comfortable rooms, service, and location. Very good value as well. The rooms are showing there age a bit but are very well maintained. Shower pressure could be better.

As a solo traveling female, the male front desk workers were incredibly rude, dismissive, and just overall sexist towards me anytime I remotely asked for help.
