Nice hotel in a great location
Really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. Brilliant location, really friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast and nice clean rooms with aircon and nice shower. All in all, excellent and good value.

Pleasant hotel experience
My husband and I recently spent 2 nights there. The room was comfortable. The amenities were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar. My knee was bothering me, the bartender got me a bag of ice to put on it. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

Never been to a better hotel
We have been using this hotel for many years now and have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received both from the friendly and efficient staff and the comfortable rooms stayed in. We recently got married in Florence and, of course, stayed at our favourite hotel and much to our delight we were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
