Pleasant hotel experience
My husband and I recently spent 2 nights there. The room was comfortable. The amenities were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar. My knee was bothering me, the bartender got me a bag of ice to put on it. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

Never been to a better hotel
We have been using this hotel for many years now and have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received both from the friendly and efficient staff and the comfortable rooms stayed in. We recently got married in Florence and, of course, stayed at our favourite hotel and much to our delight we were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Historic Hotel in the heart of old Florence
Stayed for a week in this beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions including the Academia, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace,the Ponte Vecchio and train station. We had a suite overlooking the street and it was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well with no noise from the street.An issue with the air-conditioning was dealt with promptly. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. We would highly recommend this hotel for location, great staff and a wonderful atmosphere.
