Hotel Degli Orafi

Location location location! Such a stunning place to stay right in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the suite room we had was perfect for a family. So much space and room. Comfortable bedding for parents as well as the kids. Great kitchenette and stove, seperate bar and bar fridge area. Stunning bathroom. Might be nice for an extra bench top or table to keep toiletries in there. Stunning roof top. Very helpful staff with booking dining options. Lots of options for grabbing breakfast near by but there is a hotel breakfast as well if needed. Would be nice to have some pillow options. But everything was otherwise fabulous in the room. Also might be a nice gesture to offer aperitif hour for the roof top to hotel guests with a slight discount to encourage more utilization. Just a suggestion, but pricing fits with roof top pricing in Florence. And it’s again a stunning space to sit and enjoy in the afternoon, sunset and late evening. Best way to experience Florence and a property that represents all things florentine to love and enjoy.

千万不要订这个酒店！！！ 千万不要订这个酒店！！！ 千万不要订这个酒店！！！ 分享一下经历、本来已经看到了点评上的一些差评、侥幸心理、想是不是只是偶尔有的情况。为了图地理位置方便、订了三天三成人房。两大两小、只有几岁。出行一直这样订、从来没出过问题、上一站米兰的酒店也是这样订的、米兰大教堂戴卡瓦列瑞酒店服务不错、房间也不错、三人间Nice、两大两小还有全部早餐。没遇到异常。 事实证明、别不听网上差评的良言苦劝了、有人写了你不信、非要自己试。 ORAFI它到不了酒店的档次、就是以前手艺人的招待所。当时只搜了四星以上的、没想到遇到个破招待所、同胞们千万别再上当了！别再看网上说什么古董了、ridiculous,就是别人用了N百年的破东西、还想赚你钱的文案。至少搜佛罗伦萨酒店的时候把级别设置低一点、或许有惊喜、Orafi的招待所绝对不值得你花几千一晚。类似地理位置有很多选择、步行十分钟以内。 1 注意⚠️注意⚠️ 商务人士别订！！房间里没有一点点手机信号、一格都没有那种、商务人士千万注意！！避免影响商务开会、做生意、我们是每次到外面马路上打的电话。 2.⚠️⚠️带儿童的千万别订！！.对儿童不友好、三成人间不允许两大两小住、而且不仅不让办理全入住、还不给退款。还变相逼你加房！！ 3. ⚠️⚠️爱干净的、对服务有要求的、千万别订！！服务水平太低！请有洁癖的千万！千万！别住这儿。床铺痒、而且乱动客人物品！客人洗好的好几件新买的干净内衣和bra搭的好好的在杆子上、晚上回来却发现内衣上面堆放了之前的酒店的脏浴巾、搭的好好的洗了的内裤、被推到旁边搭上了垫脚巾、bra内部朝外晾晒的 居然被晾衣夹钩子直接压在下面。任何一家别说酒店了、任何一家住宿的地方都知道不要动客人的东西！不要动客人的东西！！这里不是酒店！这里还不如普通民宿有规则、有品德、有善良的人性！！ 4. ⚠️⚠️对早餐有期待的别订！早餐餐厅很小、摆早饭的桌子。一边一米宽、一边两米宽、跟你家吃速食一样一样的、不要有期望。 5. 酒店的门头小的找不到、所有设施又老又破又脏。其实是之前手艺人的招待所、尤其地毯又脏又油腻、看一次恶心一次。 6. 椅子上的N百年的褪色软包、褪色严重、只是还没破的窗帘。 7. 电梯小的缺氧、里面没空调、而且电梯门都小的很难看到、跟房间门差不多大。 8. 电视小到令人吃惊、应该是二三十年前淘汰的二手市场捡来的吧！台灯电线严重泛黄、那种旧开关起码也三五十年了吧！！ 9. 房间黑暗 只有一个角落有点光、大白天必须开灯、否则全天黑暗！！ 10.隔音差、走廊的声音、隔壁的声音、楼上的声音都能听到。垃圾的很！！ 11.清洁房间后物品不及时补充物品、水、纸、洗发液、全靠你自己发现了再要！ 12..前台有俩女服务员粗鲁、态度恶劣、而且重点是坏。有种族歧视、一个年轻点的的黑卷头发、一个黄色头发的中年妇女。俩前台、不想良好的解决问题、问她儿童解决方案、加钱是否可以、但黄头发女人却贪婪的只想逼客户多订房。客户已经花了约一千欧订了房、前台黄头发的女的说让再为几岁的孩子再花将近一千欧单独订一间、而且是态度恶劣的、瞪着眼睛吼着说的。客户表达有些不划算、清楚的听到黄头发的中年女的回答说、I don't care you don't have money 、its your problem. 就是说、我才不管你死活、反正就是不让几岁孩子住、除非你多订一间、也不许退。话说老娘钱再多、也不花你这嘴脸上！！还以为是一百年前呢。 （后来一查原来剩房不少、不想办法留住老客户、却想办法当黑店。怪不得剩房那么多。） 13. 只让三人办了入住后、黑卷头发的前台居然还趁客人回来拿行李的时候、再次吼着说是不是只办理了三个人入住、再三吼着说只能三个人、跟黄头发的中年女的一起不停吼着说、（莫名其妙）、还问那个小朋友怎么办？（请注意此时她不是关心小孩、语气眼神都没有一丝对客人的关心、只有刻薄、她就是想让你解决不了、让你被迫多订房。就算再订、也绝对不会在这样一个垃圾酒店订！） 去了这么多国家那么多酒店、第一次遇到这么坏的酒店、容不下几岁的孩子、还想利用情况敲诈！ 后来多订别家酒店的花费、以及深夜去另一家酒店路上遇到坏人跟踪、全是因为这个破金匠招待所导致的、根本不能称之为酒店！！ 14.服务足以说明、服务员没有被规范培训过！没 有专业的服务意识！服务低端！ 15.从来没有人为动客人衣服事件道歉、解释、良好处理、想投诉、房间服务员却不会说英文、让找前台打电话、前台说今天解决不了、总之就是、它不是一家有品质的酒店、没人约束、甚至没品德。

Excellent Hotel, Excellent customer service,fantastic location, we visited Florence on a short break to celebrate out 25th wedding anniversary, we couldn't have picked a better hotel, from the minutebwe arrived and shown to our room, to be given free T-shirts, a bottle of their own wine and some chocolates,the visit couldn't have been any better, the room was fantastic with a great view of the Doumo and the Ponte Vechio, I would not hesitate to use the hotel again (see photo's), the breakast as an american buffet breakfast all beautiful and well run with Franco in charge pulling the strings, overall a great stay went over and beyond to look after us. The root top bar was superb called disropia brilliant views and you could easily stay there most of the afternoon, if I was being ultra picky the only thing I would say could better it would be to have tea & coffee facilities in the room apart from that everything was absolutely fantastic

The hotel is in the perfect location right by the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. We were lucky enough to stay in “The room with a view” and I think it probably has the best views of any hotel in Florence from the fantastic private terrace overlooking the river and Ponte Vecchio. It was the perfect place to sit and watch life in Florence and the sunsets were magical. Whilst the terrace was wonderful the actual room was small and bed was uncomfortable. I asked for coffee pods for the coffee machine twice but they never arrived. The restaurant only served breakfast and this was average. Tea/coffee and the limited hot items were warm and definitely not hot every day we were there. If you wanted lunch, dinner or room service this was available from the rooftop bar. The menu was limited but the staff there were very friendly. Not too much of an issue with plenty of other restaurants close by. If you are coming to Florence this is a hotel in the right location to walk to the main sights. If you can book the room with a view do it - the terrace is definitely worth it and the views of Florence will stay with you forever.

We stay here every time we visit Florence. You cannot beat the location. While not all the rooms have been renovated, it’s very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
