The Hotel Lungarno blew away our expectations. The rooms were spacious and elegant. The food was delicious and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Belal that works at the hotel for taking the most amazing pictures. Looking forward to our next visit.

Our family of 4 just finished off our amazing vacation in Europe. We saved the best for last and spent 3 wonderful nights at the Lungarno Collection Hotel Lungarno. This hotel is first class luxurious in service, comfort of rooms and location. The included breakfast was a great touch to start off the day. All the staff from the front desk, concierge, bell staff, and all the restaurant and bar staff were all wonderful. A very warm shout out to Belal for his great, friendly service every day, greeting us multiple times per day and night. Thank you. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Hotel Lungarno! The location is perfect right in the historic center of Florence, just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and the river. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh, delicious choices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I would like to thank Mostafa in particular for his kindness and warm welcome. He looked after our car with great care and, took care of our stuff and made us feel truly at home. All the team worked hard to make our stay special.

A Wonderful Place in Florence

We cannot recommend Hotel Lungarno enough. The hotel is beautiful with the most wonderful staff. We were in 5 European cities on this trip and Hotel Lungarno was by far our favorite. Excellent for families (we had a Family Room which was very comfortable). The breakfast is outstanding. The location cannot be beat. Close to everything you want to be near but just outside of the madness of Florence's crowds. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Florence.
