Outstanding staff, beautiful room, great location
Our stay at the Hotel Lungarno was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. We were there for a special wedding anniversary and the entire staff made us feel welcome and special. From the welcoming check-in experience, to a lovely concierge team with outstanding restaurant recommendations and assistance in making reservations, to the very kind women in the breakfast room, to the impecable housekeeping staff — everyone was top notch. And we sincerely appreciated small, generous touches such as chocolates in out room. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

A nice spring break in Florence.
Lovely hotel with the most inviting atmosphere. Everyone in the hotel was welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate and tended to properly. The waitstaff for breakfast and in the bar were friendly, professional and polite. We loved our visit to the Lungarno.
