This was the first part of our trip around Italy and it was the perfect introduction. The Hotel Lungarno is elegant (but not stuffy), well appointed (but not glitzy) and in a terrific location in Florence. However the most important part was our friendly attendee, Belal. He was accommodating, very informative and always making sure we were well taken care of. Not to mention...he's a terrific family photographer, and took the time to make sure we had some beautiful shots in front of the River Arno.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lungarno during Easter week. I sustained an injury due to an unfortunate fall near the Ponte Vecchio and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. Paolo, Sara, Ilaria and Mirco, just to mention a few, made a difficult time much easier. I have stayed at this hotel before and will definitly choose to stay again.

Excellent service. Hotel is exemplary in every detail. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are very well appointed and the turndown service is great. Can't say enough about the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the entire staff.

I’ve been to London, Singapore, Sydney, Stockholm, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Mexico City, Perth, Tokyo, Seattle and San Francisco. This hotel is the finest hotel I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience or seen a staff as competent or caring.

Incredible views, warm and authentic service, comfy bed. Best way to beat the crowds in Florence is to have “happy hour” at the reception and bar area. Looking forward to going back again!! And to top everything off, they made a special surprise birthday gift for me. Very thoughtful and special!
