Hotel Lungarno

Great experience. Clean hotel, and excellent staff that went out of your way to make sure you were happy. Belal helped us with whatever was needed. He made our trip to florence memorable. He also helped us pick great out of the way spots to eat.

Bar staff, maid service, check in all five stars. My only suggestion is that the head concierge is very good at saying "no". When trying to get smaller euros, it seemed like a significant inconvenience. The bar was just steps away, and Pedra was always happy to make change. Tip: Get the concierge's name; he is much more helpful when he knows you know his name. One of the doorkeepers, I think his name is Vlod - he is a five star employee.

Great location-convenient for walking to MANY points of interest; Staff were wonderful; Great atmosphere and location along the Arno! We did not use the full breadth of services offered, however those we did use were well worth the choice.

This little five-star hotel is everything we wanted in Florence. Service is spectacular. They anticipate your every need. Sitting at the little outdoor cafe with a glass of wine in the afternoon, looking at the Arno and Ponte Vecchio, is like a dream. Of course the weather was wonderful when we were there, so that helps. Close to everything but a luxurious get-away, the hotel deserves its five stars.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is so kind and attentive. Perfect location. They have truly thought of everything. Belal called our taxi and took the most beautiful photos of us!! Julia at the front desk had great recommendations for authentic places to shop, away from tourist traps. The food was incredible as well. 10/10 recommend.
