Hotel Lungarno

Excellent hotel and superb customer service. Ww thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel manager actually came to greet us when the bellman realized it was a special day, Mr. Guido Balestra made a reservation himself in another city! It is the most incredible gift we could have received! The hotel is beautiful, the staff interested, and the experience is the best! We are experienced travelers and Hotel Lungarno is beautifully appointed the public spaces provide a feeling of a beautiful family home! Mr. Balestra greeted us like family! The robes, slippers, Ferragamo appointments and toiletries were wonderful quality! We also got special treatment in the Ferragamo boutiques in both Florence and Venice! We can not wait to return, so we can feel like family again! Cheers to Mr. Balestra and his incredible staff!

Hotel Lungarno was outstanding in every way. The staff were truly incredible. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome and very well cared for. The lounge is inviting and comfortable to relax in while enjoying the view over the river. We were lucky to be in the Tower Room. It does not have a river view but it could not have been any more perfect for us. My husband loves castles and we felt like royalty in this beautiful, thick stone walled retreat. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had everything you could possibly want, including fresh honeycomb! We ate two meals at the Picteau Bistrot and Bar. The food was great and the view is magnificent. It's overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. This hotel is expensive but worth it! I highly recommend staying here.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. They are so helpful and knowledgeable of the city. The hotel is in a prime location as well.
