Perfect stay!
We had the best time at Milu and have already recommended it to some friends going to Florence next month. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay extra special. Andrea, Alessia, Jenni, and Claudia in particular were wonderful throughout our stay! We will hopefully be back soon.

Perfect boutique hotel right in the heart of Florence
I got room 503 on the top floor with a totally private balcony and it was absolutely perfect for me, a solo female traveller who also smokes :) Outside of my room was the bar/breakfast area with it's own outside seating area, simply delightful. The staff were super helpful from the moment my flight landed and my pickup car wasn't there. I called them up and they helped me in getting from airport to their hotel safely. Luckily, I'm small 5'1" and 105lbs, because the bathroom would be a little small for someone bigger than me, and even I had to remove the toilet paper from the holder so that my elbows could fit! Overall, I loved my room, balcony, and especially the staff who were super helpful and genuinely lovely human beings. I will DEFINITELY go back and stay there again if I'm ever in Florence. <3

You have to stay here!
Our room was extremely comfortable with every amenity. The staff at Milu is top notch and goes out of their way to be sure you are happy. We loved breakfast and the lounge area. Claudia was amazing and provided us with dinner reservations multiple times. The location of Milu is also perfect. This hotel is located between high end shops, a few doors from the square, with live impromptu music. It was easy to get to Ponte Vecchio and all museums were a short walk away. We loved staying at Milu and hope to visit again.

Helpful staff. Excellent location. I love the roof terrace for breakfast and chilling out. I simply cannot fault this hotel. It’s a hotel I definitely will recommend to anyone wishing to explore Firenze. Whatever I else I write will be superfluous.

Great stay, friendly staff
I stayed for 5 nights. It's a lovely modern hotel in a nice old building. Location, rooms and breakfast all good. Hotel staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
