Beautiful Experience!!
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is amazing – right in the city center, so I could walk to everything, from cute cafes to all the main sights. Super convenient whether you're there for fun or work. The breakfast was one of the best parts. There was a big variety of tasty food – fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, and really good coffee. A great way to start the day! What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I'd definitely stay here again!

Incredibly knowledge, accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, TVs had great program accessibility, fair price (esp. for the part of Florence it’s located in), great roof deck and lounge, complimentary snacks and beverages daily.
