Excellent Stay
I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Milu. The location was in walking distance to almost everything and it was in a great area. However, the people that worked there went above and beyond to make our experience great. A special shout out to Margarita and Claudia for their service! Margarita was there at check in and explained everything about the area and hotel to us, even giving us a recommendation for lunch. Claudia was also excellent at providing recommendations of places to eat. Both were kind, engaging, and professional! For Americans, there is AC. I would stay here again when coming to Florence.

Outstanding hotel, great service and location!
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Their service was excellent and they always made sure to meet our needs if we had any. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the chambermaid did an impeccable job cleaning our room every day, we were there 4 nights. I will definitely go back on my next stay in Florence!

A great hotel with the best service of all the staff. In the middle of the centre. The girls on the frontdesk gave the best advice for restaurants en to do in Florence.
