Took my wife and daughter here for a 4 day trip out to Florence. The staff was so kind and warming right when we showed up. And they only got better with each day. Will def return.

The hotel property is splendid, only surpassed by the service of the staff. The lounge and bar area are amazing. The hotel restaurant has phenomenal food for both breakfast and a fine dining experience at dinner. This is the only place I will stay in Florence.

We loved the charm of this beautiful boutique hotel. Location is extremely walk able and in a more quiet area away from crowds and chaos. Hotel staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast was included with out accommodation and it was the perfect way to start each day- I would stay there again in a heartbeat
