First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing. It’s exactly in the center of the city close to everything. The rooms are extremely clean, and the junior suite we stayed in was newly renovated which is a nice bonus! The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, you feel welcome every time you enter as if you’re in your own home. The lobby area is very cosy. Marco the hotel manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Emily and Giovana from guest relations were VERY helpful and attended to any concerns or requests we had. Marco and Lorenzo the porter and door man were very kind and always smiling. Overall, the entire staff of the hotel were friendly and cooperative at all times.

Superb hotel, perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the Duomo and all major tourist spots. The service is impeccable and the overall guest experience is exactly what a luxury hotel should deliver. Concierge staff will take care of all your reservations and the doormen are always ready to provide directions. Front desk and food and beverage are welcoming and very attentive to any request. We just completed another stay at the Savoy-we were there last year as well. There are simply not enough words in my brain to capture all of the reasons why you should stay at the Savoy. The easy stuff-the location is prime. You do not even have to leave the hotel to watch the constant show that is Florence-sit in their sidewalk restaurant and enjoy the constant entertainment. Since we are sitting in the restaurant: The food is all delicious. Beautifully prepared, great selection for a small restaurant and the service is the best I have ever encountered. The staff is attentive in the most welcoming way. The entire staff of the hotel truly makes you feel welcome and that you have a "home" in Florence. The service far excels any I have encountered in even the best American hotel-just so genuine. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of everyone to my many pre-arrival requests and for all the help during our stay. If you need a ticket for anything-just talk to the concierge staff and you are in! The rooms are perfection-lovely decor and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff keep everything shining, well stocked and in perfect condition. By now I guess you get the picture-book your stay today-I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful hotel in a central location. The rooms and interior spaces are stylish and well appointed. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. The bar provides a very welcome place for an evening drink. We had a wonderful junior suite on the front of the building which was spacious and certainly worth the money. The only downside is some noise from the square which can go on to the early hours. If you are a light sleeper - try for a room at the back. We would certainly return for the staff and the location
