First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing. It’s exactly in the center of the city close to everything. The rooms are extremely clean, and the junior suite we stayed in was newly renovated which is a nice bonus! The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, you feel welcome every time you enter as if you’re in your own home. The lobby area is very cosy. Marco the hotel manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Emily and Giovana from guest relations were VERY helpful and attended to any concerns or requests we had. Marco and Lorenzo the porter and door man were very kind and always smiling. Overall, the entire staff of the hotel were friendly and cooperative at all times.

Superb hotel, perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the Duomo and all major tourist spots. The service is impeccable and the overall guest experience is exactly what a luxury hotel should deliver. Concierge staff will take care of all your reservations and the doormen are always ready to provide directions. Front desk and food and beverage are welcoming and very attentive to any request.
