An unforgettable dining experience in Florence! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Giambattista and his wonderful colleague—who spoke flawless Spanish—for their incredible warmth and hospitality. The food was outstanding, but what truly made the evening special was the beautiful detail they had for my companion's birthday. They went above and beyond to make it a memorable celebration. They beautifully wrapped my gift in an elegant restaurant folder and surprised us with delicious limoncello and exquisite sweets. Exceptional food, heartwarming service, genuine kindness and true Italian hospitality, Highly recommended!

What an unforgettable stay at Hotel Savoy. Everything was perfect, right down to the smallest details. The beautifully renovated rooms, the personalized amenities, and the incredible turndown service really made the experience feel special. They even carefully organized all of my toiletries during turndown service, every single detail had been thought of. You can tell that so much care goes into making every guest feel special. You’re greeted with a warm welcome in the morning at the delicious breakfast buffet, and both the restaurant and bar are absolutely beautiful. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. From the moment you walk through the doors, they make you feel so welcome and at home. Their kindness, genuine hospitality, and attention to every guest made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!
