Hotel Savoy

An absolutely phenomenal hotel with amazing service! We had an exceptional room here, and the staff experience here was top notch in every respect. Location can’t be beat either.

very nice room good service comfortable but not worth much if you can't sleep located on the nosiest piazza in florence where an awful singer drones on at incredibly loud volume all nite hard to imagine this is considered desirable at these very high prices you can find many other nice hotels where you can actually sleep

This is the second time we stayed at this gorgeous hotel. It’s smallish, within the heart of the city, beautifully appointed with staff who can never do too much for you. They encourage you to WhatsApp them for anything you may need and they are extremely responsive. They booked airport transfers, restaurants and even bought our Uffizi tickets online for us. Everyone from the doorman and cleaners to the front of desk employees is kind and helpful. We stayed in a junior deluxe suite which was clean, well decorated and cosy, providing a welcome oasis in between all those steps. I love that the location of the hotel is so perfect that you can keep returning for a little rest in between popping out to see things. My only criticism is not the hotel’s fault and that was the noise from a restaurant in the Piazza that doesn’t stop until 1 am. But it didn’t matter because the rest of the experience was so wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
