We had a wonderful time at this Hotel! Incredible staff from concierge to reception everyone was very welcoming. Housekeeping was incredible in every detail. Breakfast was a dream and waiters very attentive! The location in the heart of the city was the reason why we booked, but certainly not the only reason why we will be back! Our stay at Hotel Savoy in Florence was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding professionalism. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Florence's most famous attractions on foot. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the city added a special touch to our experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always ready to assist with recommendations, reservations, and any request we had. This was my fourth visit to the Hotel Savoy and it did not disappoint. From the moment my family and I checked in to the time we left everything was handled with professionalism and courtesy. The staff is wonderful. They are always available to help with anything you may want or need. In addition housekeeping was so efficient and provided many extra special touches in the room. The fresh flowers, fruit and daily still and sparkling water was appreciated. The location of the hotel is a plus. It is centrally located by the Piazza Republica and is easy to get to restaurants, shopping, museums and attractions that Florence offers. I leave the Hotel Savoy with a heavy heart but with wonderful memories. I look forward to returning in the near future. Grazie Mille!

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Savoy. The location is great, as most things are within walking distance of the hotel. The attentiveness and service from everyone we encountered at the hotel exemplified excellent hospitality. Having our meals at Irene was a highlight as we really enjoyed sitting outside. The service in the bar was also terrific. There is more noise at night than I would prefer, but this would not prevent me from returning.
