One of the best hotels in the world!
This is one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are amazing, so helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was top quality, top comfort, including the bed, the linens, the shower, the breakfast. A truly amazing place to stay. This was our 5th trip to Florence and we will never stay anywhere else again. We arrived in a heavy rain/snow and the greeting at the door with thick towels for drying and gentlemen helping immediately with our luggage after a wet walk from the train station was priceless.

The Place is a stunning boutique hotel - gorgeously curated with the friendliest and most accomodating staff! They anticipated your every need and desire. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!

My wife and I enjoyed 5 fabulous nights @The Place Firenze. The decor and furnishings in the hotel are gorgeous. The attention to detail everywhere throughout the hotel was amazing. The staff were charming and helpful from a very late check in to our departure. Our room was very well appointed and beautifully presented. The nightly turndown service was excellent. The fact my wife and I are planning another visit next year should indicate how pleased we are with The Place, Firenze. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable
This is the first hotel review I have ever written in my life. We stayed in room #18, which I believe was a Deluxe room. The Place is possibly the best travel accommodations we have ever experienced in our 25 years of travel, and that includes stays the Ritz, Four Seasons, Mandarin, Plaza and Waldorf. In some respect it's not fair to compare The Place with other high-end hotels, given the very small and intimate environment and incredible attention to the guest experience, but this place is unbeatable. The staff is top notch, and the staff-to-guest ratio must be close to at least 5-to-1 during peak hours (a special complement to the gentlemen from Brazil!). It's not often that your accommodations become a highlight of the trip, in line with the local sites/attractions, which is saying something for a city like Florence. My only criticism is now the bar for futures trips has been set to an unattainable level after our stay at The Place. If The Place is in your budget, don't stay anywhere else.

Once again luxury link does not disappoint! Our stay at the "J.K. Place" in Florence was fantastic! The hotel is as beautiful and modern as the website and when was the last time your luggage was in your room before you were? A short walk from the train station with bags was no problem. The staff could not have been nicer or more informative. It was our 7th trip with luxury link....never a mistake. Thanks again.

Our stay at J.K. Place in Florence, Italy, was the highlight of our trip celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. J.K. Place is an extraordinary boutique hotel, unassuming from the outside but on the inside resembling an Architectural Digest photo shoot.
