“The People”
The hotel itself was beautiful, but the people made the stay! Paulo, Lili, Sophia, Alejandro and Omar made us feel like a king and queen during our stay. Every touch of the hotel was quality …..food, beverage, linens, bed, bathroom, everything! I wish this hotel and the people were at every one of my future vacation spots!

We completed a wonderful trip to Firenze with a stay at The Place Firenze. We have had the privilege of staying at some of the most highly regarded hotels in the world. The Place has the measure of any.

Wonderful Sunday night stay
Absolutely delightful staff, welcomed me to a solo Sunday night stay with warmth and attentiveness. The room was beautifully kitted out with luscious linens and a large marble bathroom. Although I rarely eat in my hotel, they were so kind and fun I decided to eat at the hotel and I had one of the best pastas of my entire trip in Italy! The simple tomato pasta is delicious. The newly refurbished decor is done with a very elegant and restrained hand- I highly recommend this hotel- especially if you need to be near the train station, and car rental areas.

New favorite hotel
Can not say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the rooms were impeccable. Yes, the rooms were small, but that’s not a factor when they are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. From the mattress and pillows, to the bath supplies, they clearly prioritize comfort and sophistication. The location is great, nothing was ever more than a 15 minute walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Once again luxury link does not disappoint! Our stay at the "J.K. Place" in Florence was fantastic! The hotel is as beautiful and modern as the website and when was the last time your luggage was in your room before you were? A short walk from the train station with bags was no problem. The staff could not have been nicer or more informative. It was our 7th trip with luxury link....never a mistake. Thanks again.

Our experience at J.K. Place in Florence was the most memorable time I have had in Italy! The staff at this luxurious, intimate 22-room hotel was the finest in the world. Place is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was spacious, spotless and sublime. Further, everyone who worked at the J.K. Our stay at J.K. Place in Florence, Italy, was the highlight of our trip celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. J.K. Place is an extraordinary boutique hotel, unassuming from the outside but on the inside resembling an Architectural Digest photo shoot. Overall, the hotel had superlative service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff and unbridled panache that would bring us back there when next in Florence.
