Wonderful Sunday night stay
Absolutely delightful staff, welcomed me to a solo Sunday night stay with warmth and attentiveness. The room was beautifully kitted out with luscious linens and a large marble bathroom. Although I rarely eat in my hotel, they were so kind and fun I decided to eat at the hotel and I had one of the best pastas of my entire trip in Italy! The simple tomato pasta is delicious. The newly refurbished decor is done with a very elegant and restrained hand- I highly recommend this hotel- especially if you need to be near the train station, and car rental areas.

New favorite hotel
Can not say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the rooms were impeccable. Yes, the rooms were small, but that’s not a factor when they are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. From the mattress and pillows, to the bath supplies, they clearly prioritize comfort and sophistication. The location is great, nothing was ever more than a 15 minute walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel service feels not like hospitality, but like being welcomed by trusted friends — intuitive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. From helping organize visit Fratelli Piccini, to the seamless coordination throughout the stay - everything felt effortless. The comfort of the accommodation, the attention to detail, the quality of amenities, the freshness of breakfast, the option to enjoy a quiet lunch on the hidden terrace, the beautifully curated dinners, and the excellent location - all of this came together into a truly complete and memorable experience. It’s rare to find a place where everything aligns so naturally.

Once again luxury link does not disappoint! Our stay at the "J.K. Place" in Florence was fantastic! The hotel is as beautiful and modern as the website and when was the last time your luggage was in your room before you were? A short walk from the train station with bags was no problem. The staff could not have been nicer or more informative. It was our 7th trip with luxury link....never a mistake. Thanks again.

Place is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was spacious, spotless and sublime. Further, everyone who worked at the J.K. Place is an extraordinary boutique hotel, unassuming from the outside but on the inside resembling an Architectural Digest photo shoot.
