Great experience at the hotel
We are very happy with staying in this hotel, beautiful location, great service, clean and on top of that friendly staff impressed us. Interesting entire hotel smell great! i have beeb traveling and stay in different hotel, amazingly as soon as step in hotel aromatynice smell welcoming you! Now We would like to recognize Silvia at the breakfast caffe, she was amazing, kind , professional, caring , we felt like home! We love it her! Also Breakfast was very good and she was amazing and her service was great! We think she deserve to be awarded Also Ahmed at the bar , wonderful, frindly and professional. He got sick at our leaving didn’t get a chance to say goodbye and thank him. We actually bought two wonderful wine 🍷 he was recommended and we had it , it was great wine and we ended up to purchase two bottles and brought to California 😊 Also the person who helped with our luggage at the check in and later on , unfortunately forgot his name very kind and nice person! Over all we all enjoyed aur staying!!❤️

A wonderful Hotel In Florence
I have stayed at this hotel over the years and it is always outstanding. First of all, the hotel and rooms are beautiful as are the bathrooms. The linens, towels and amenities are first class.p The staff is wonderful- friendly, helpful professional. I love the location which is convenient to everything. The breakfast is very nice as well. I cannot wait to return.

Return visit - superb hotel
Wonderful hotel - stayed here in 2018 so it was an obvious choice when we returned to Florence in 2026. Location is excellent and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Lovely breakfast too which sets you up for the day.

Hidden Gem in Florence
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel L’Orologio. The design of the hotel is unique and elegant, w The room is luxurious and comfortable, everything was immaculately clean. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. the service was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Very nice hotel!
My husband and I stayed here four nights in mid-April. The hotel is in a great location. Our room and bathroom were both good size with nice amenities. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet - never heard any noise from other rooms or street noise. There are quite a few restaurants, bars and gelato shops nearby and we enjoyed every one we went to. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was quite adequate for getting you started in the morning. The attendants were quick with any requests and clearing tables. Will definitely stay here again!
