The staff was AWESOME. Shout out to Enrico. They made our trip so much easier with advice, top line service, and plain old customer service. Right down to simple things like ordering a cab. A big thank you to all the staff. The hotel was clean, and we'll kept. Beautiful landscape and wonderful daily breakfast. Already miss the food!

Maybe the best hotel staff in Florence. This is a lovely, elegant hotel. The staff went above and beyond tracking down our friends lost cellphone in a restaurant we had eaten in. Staff personally retrieved it and called the restaurant where we’re eating the next night to put our friend at ease. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, well furnished and comfortable. The public spaces and garden were inviting and welcoming. By far the best hotel experience during 2 1/2 weeks in Italy.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mother in law snd couldn’t rate it more highly. The hotel itself is immaculate and stylish but it’s the staff that stand out. They could not have been more warm and helpful and gave us fabulous recommendations for dining on the 3 nights we asked and made the reservations for us. Lovely continental breakfast and elegant bar where we had an aperitif before our dinner.

A very beautiful hotel with an attention to every detail and perfect service in a very quiet (which is important for us) place. Modern interior with classic details, beautiful inner yard, perfect service at breakfast and reception, excellent beds and a nice pillow menu. A truly wonderful place in Florence! Would come back with pleasure!
