Perfect stay
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we entered the hotel, hospitality was top notch. After a long morning of train travel, we were warmly greeted with cold beverages and snacks. Leonardo and Luca were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating with information about the hotel and dinner recommendations. The room was perfect! The stay was perfect! Definitely will be back for a longer stay. We checked out and stored our bags as we explored Florence. When we came back, Luca extended the same hospitality as the previous day.

Absolutely amazing!! The staff were so kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was gorgeous, with coffee, tea, and snacks. Breakfast was delicious. All in all a beautiful experience in an amazing location!

Best hotel stay ever
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Incredible staff and beautiful rooms. We would have loved to have stayed there for a week! If you are driving a rental car, be careful. It’s quite a thing to get 8n and out.

Stay Nowhere Else - We won’t
We felt as if we were aristocracy visiting a friend’s palazzo. Each staff member became a friend. We left Tuscany a day early to come back here for another night. The hotel is a sublime refuge in the fashion center of Florence. Steps from all the main sites. The rooms/suites were so comfortable and exquisitely decorated. Stay nowhere else! We won’t

Stunning Hotel with an Amazing Staff
This is our second time at this hotel. It is beautiful and in a great location. But what makes it really special is the staff. Samanthi makes a great cappuccino and Leonardo is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the hotel. We learn something new from him every time we come. We always feel so comfortable and pampered here. We can't wait to come back next year.
