Over the Top!
My girlfriend and I were in Florence and this hotel is AMAZING! We loved the beautiful welcome amenities, especially the Italian Prosecco! The staff goes above and beyond—every one of them. A special shout-out to Jacomo and Alexandro from the Concierge. We had a small issue with a restaurant booking, and they fixed it for us in no time.

Incredible service, amazing staff, clean and beautiful rooms
We had an exceptional stay at the Portrait Hotel in Florence. The rooms were very clean and nice, as was the lobby and restaurant. Most importantly, the service was incredible and every single staff member that we encountered was very accommodating and friendly. Matteo in particular went above and beyond, being friendly and playing around with our kids. The only thing to be aware of is the location is in a very busy part of town, only steps from the Ponte Vecchio. If you are looking for something quieter/more subdued, this may not be the best fit. Bottom line: I would highly recommend this hotel due to the excellent service, friendly staff and very nice and clean accommodations.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at and this is my second visit to Italy - the receptions staff is top notch and the room was wonderful and spacious - the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we were well taken care of. I will make this my hotel of choice in the future when visiting Florence - Special thanks to Giusy and David in reception . They are exceptional and made our trip memorable!
