Portrait Firenze

Our stay at Portrait Firenze was excellent. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with high-quality linens and amenities. The service was attentive and personalized, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

If you are looking not just for a 5 star hotel but also 5’star customer service you should stay here. I called down for a fan, for example, and had one brought to the room it felt like in 30 seconds. We always stay in 5 star hotels but the experience can always vary. We would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant was nice for quick breakfast or dinner at the end of the day and the servers were friendly and quick (remembering what we ordered and what we preferred was a nice touch). The location on the river was perfect for sight seeing and the rooms are incredibly spacious. My sister, husband, and their 2 children stayed in adjoining rooms that was one of the best family accommodations we’ve had (ask for rooms 405 and 406 I think). Overall great experience!

This hotel is exceptional 10/10. The rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing. Every staff member (hotel & restaurant) goes above and beyond in their customer service efforts. You are greeted as though you're a VIP everyday. We had an issue with the thermostat in our room and it was addressed immediately. Mohammed's attentiveness was unwavering. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Florence.

Our stay at the portrait was nothing short of exquisite. From before, when the lifestyle team helped us to plan activities and find dinner reservations, to our arrival and being greeted with warmth and a glass of champagne, to the beautiful, beautiful accommodations, nothing was left to chance. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and every detail is paid attention to, including luxurious ferrgamo personal products, and the views over the river Arno were magnificent. During our stay, the lifestyle team were there for us for any question no matter how big or small. We also enjoyed a beautiful breakfast overlooking the river every day at the café and the food and service were top-notch. We would recommend this hotel unreservedly, and can’t wait to return.

Best service and staff - from the moment we arrived , the hotel staff made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were helpful and provided little touches to make it special.
