The absolute best location you could possibly ask for! The views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River are stunning, looking right out at the beautiful, historic Tuscan architecture on the opposite bank. What really makes this place special is the staff—they are amazing and create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, incredibly quiet, and equipped with all the modern facilities you need, plus luxury Ferragamo amenities that make you feel right at home. The bed and pillows were also fantastic. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were blessed to be able to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary at Portrait Firenze. The team made our stay truly remarkable! They checked in multiple times before our stay to make sure they would have everything we need. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite. It was amazing!! We were greeted with champagne and beautiful little desserts. The team went out of their way to make our anniversary so special and memorable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Florence and we are so thankful for all of the extra special touches!

Everything was perfect from the incredible suite overlooking the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio to the easy and seamless communication with the lifestyle team (concierge). Portrait Firenze was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my recent trip to Italy. The hotel's location is simply outstanding, directly overlooking the Arno River and just steps away from the iconic Ponte Vecchio, making it an ideal base for exploring Florence on foot. Waking up every morning to the beautiful river views was a memorable experience in itself. The suite was remarkably spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, combining comfort with refined Italian style. Every detail reflected the property's commitment to quality and understated luxury. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the stay was dining at Caffè dell'Oro. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, not only because of the quality of the food but also because of the stunning setting overlooking one of Florence's most beautiful landmarks. What truly distinguished the experience, however, was the service. The team was consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making every interaction feel personal and genuine. Their recommendations and willingness to assist added a special touch to our stay. Portrait Firenze offers much more than luxury accommodation; it provides a unique opportunity to experience the beauty, culture, and atmosphere of Florence from one of the city's most privileged locations.
