Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

The hotel location is great and the views are amazing but the best thing about our stay was the service we received from Chellna at the front desk. Chellna went above and beyond in accommodating my family and making sure we would have the best stay.

I had a wonderful experience with Paulina! She was kind, professional, and really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned were giving me trouble. I work a desk job and sit for 8+ hours a day, so I often have tightness in my back and shoulders. Paulina skillfully worked through those problem areas, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. Highly recommend her to anyone needing targeted, thoughtful care!

We recently stayed at the Hilton Beach House in Ft. Lauderdale, Michigan, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. We encountered serious maintenance issues during our stay that significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment. The toilet in our room malfunctioned not once, but twice, requiring us to call maintenance on two separate occasions. Even more frustrating was the extended period of time we were unable to use the toilet while waiting for their crew to respond. To make matters worse, it broke down again on the morning of our departure. The only compensation offered for this major inconvenience was a $100 food and beverage credit and a refund of the resort fees — hardly sufficient given the disruption we endured. From a major hotel chain like Hilton, we expected a much higher level of customer service and responsiveness. To add to the disappointment, our friends who were traveling with us found a significant amount of mold in their bathroom. They had to request a thorough cleaning and decontamination, which is simply unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a premium resort. We had high hopes for the Hilton Beach House, but sadly, our experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

Our third year and still impressed with the staff and room. From arrival, we saw Nixon, who is always incredible and helpful! He adds a personal touch to our visits, as does the rest of the staff! Our room was comfortable and clean, with a great view. Location is great, as it is quiet yet walkable to the busier part of the strip. Look forward to future visits!

Today was my birthday, and my wonderful server Petrone help me today at Ilios Restaurant. She was soooo sweet and attentive. She made my day sooo special. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this establishment because of her great service!!!
