Bellman Paul steals the show, treats us like family!
Bellman Paul Novella is always the highlight of the trip. Hubs and I travel this trip each Feb to get away from Nw IN winters. We’ve been upgraded to a suite w a wrap around balcony in the past. WOW! Kitchen, living room, huge and beautiful bathroom. Stunning room. But Paul has been there a few visits, he remembers us, and he not only is a pleasure to talk to and sets the luggage up for us, but also goes and fills the ice bucket for us before he departs. He is truly a gem, and I hope we get the pleasure of seeing him every time we visit each year in Feb for our annual Keys trip.

Great Staff at Beach House Fort Lauderdale
The Beach House Fort Lauderdale’s recent improvements make it stand out as be of the best places to vacation. My shout out to Raven, one of the housekeeping staff. She got to know my husband and my preferences in our unit and anticipated what we needed without having to follow up with housekeeping! The Bellmen, particularly Nixon, Paul and Levigi were so welcoming and helpful. At the pool, Ryan and Shanae and always friendly and helpful.

Top notch staff all around
Always an amazing experience at this resort, this was our 5th time here and we can't wait for our sixth! All of the staff is absolutely amazing including Ryan, Ed, Jenny, Oriana, Patrone, Chauncey, Arlene ,Stefan, Michael and Angela. You really made this birthday girl feel so very special!! You are the reason why we choose to come back year after year!

Exceptional Experience (Again!) I’m currently wrapping up my second stay at the Beach House Hilton, and it was just as wonderful as the first. This property has officially become my go-to when visiting the area. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the service remains top-notch. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such high standards across multiple visits, but the team here really nails the details. Whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a premier spot for photography, the views and location are unbeatable. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall hospitality was excellent. I’m already looking forward to my third visit!
