We had a great experience. Nixon was absolutely wonderful to us. He assisted with everything we needed and was always very kind and friendly.

This is a great hotel, property especially and Kevan really made our stay! She was so responsive and attentive to our needs on multiple occasions. She is part of what made our stay successful.

Arlene was the best waitress we had on the whole trip. She was willing to help with food allergies and didn’t lie about what they had when we asked (unlike other servers). Ask for her if you are eating at Ilios.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews and seeing post on social media about others stay here. I’ll start off with the hotel’s cleanliness. That is very very important to me. However, I am not satisfied with my stay. This is my first night here and this hotel does not live up to my expectations. To start off the rooms does not appear to be renovated in May 2025. The furniture is stained and a lot of the appliances are old and run down. I was offered to change rooms but that room was worse. The bathroom was not up to par. The walls were stained around the tub and the shower floor was unpresentable. I decided to keep my current room. Trying to reach guest services directly through the hotel phone is like pulling teeth… they never answer! I have to walk downstairs to get an answer or call the customer service number. Unacceptable. The elevators were not working properly yesterday but that’s minor. It happens. The water in the bathroom sink takes FOREVER to get hot. It’s my husband’s birthday and his ritual is to take a nice hot bath with champagne. The tub water has a tint of yellow. I noticed it in the toilet water but ignored it. I tried calling guest services, but again no answer. I reported to guest relations and the rep told me that she called the hotel and the manager explained to her that the filter used as the hotel causes the water to be yellow, green or brown. That’s unheard of!! I’ve never had an experience like this. I would not stay here again. I’m on vacation and looking to relocate to another hotel.

I recently stayed at the Beach House with my family, including two young children. We paid extra to get an ocean view suite and ended up on the 6th floor - the same floor as the pool, gym, and poolside restaurant. While the room seemed really nice at first check-in, there were a number of issues. First, there was no ocean view. Second, our deck shared space with the pool deck, separated by a low gate (that didn’t lock). We liked being close to the pool (heated!) because of our kids, especially when we found out how long the elevators took. However, when I mentioned that anyone could come onto our deck the response was “well that would be a crime.” Yes, that would be a crime, but was hardly the point. More disappointing was someone on a higher floor was throwing food onto our deck while I was sitting on it with my baby. I called to the desk and they said they’d send security - I never heard anything after that and worse yet the food wasn’t cleaned up the whole week we were there. Lastly, our fridge leaked water on and off. We reported it twice, but no one came to fix it. The tub also didn’t have hot water one of the nights. Again, we called, but no one came to check or fix it. All of this was pretty disappointing considering the price tag. We just signed up for Hilton rewards and were hoping for a better first experience at the Hilton chain
