Great stay! Love this hotel
The hotel and staff were terrific want to recognize a few folks that went above and beyond: Petrone at Elio’s was amazing we asked for her st the three meals we ate there! The wings were outstanding I would highly recommend them. Breakfast was a nice selection. Everything was tasty. The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed our view of the beach. The rooms were clean Heather at the front desk and Samuel were very helpful and pleasant and willing to please Kareem helped us with our chairs at the pool and was delightful. I do want to mention that Patrice at the pool had a terrible attitude and does need a new job. We will definitely be back.

The staff on the 6th floor are an amazing group of people and they have a good memory too. We try to come to this hotel 1-2 times a year. They remember us each time, especially our little girl. The hotel has established a family/ friendly environment in their pool area. Special note: thanks Petrone and Elvira! You are two people we’ll never forget.

A wonderful experience…
I loved my experience here at the hotel. I really enjoyed the arrival experience here at the hotel regarding the customer service department. Especially Mr. Marek, who guided my fiancé and I in with sucky professionalism and grace and also made sure we were at the right room and our belongings traveled with us on the way up. He was wonderful and we appreciate him going the extra mile for us.

We have been coming here every year. All of the staff is so kind and accommodating. But Nixon goes above and beyond. When we c him it is like we r reunited with a family member. Such a wonderful, funny person. He is the best. Cheers until the next time. Thank u for all u do.
