Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

My friend and I stayed at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for the Fourth of July holiday and had an amazing time. The location is ideal, just steps away from the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The resort itself was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. What made this stay exceptional was the excellent service provided by the staff. A special shot-out to Kevan, Nixon, Twana, Matthew, Steffan and Sean. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Each staff member contributed to make our visit special, but a few stood out in particular: Nixon was incredibly attentive, always ready with a warm smile, and provided helpful suggestions about places to dine. Kevan made sure every detail of our stay was smooth and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Twana went above and beyond, providing exceptional service during the two times we had breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and we plan to return in the future. A heartfelt thank-you to the amazing team for making the holiday weekend an enjoyable memory.

A big, bustling resort-style hotel with great rooms, all the comforts of home, and a terrific location directly across the street from the ocean. Efficient and well run, this was our 4th or 5th visit and its always enjoyable. Can't comment on the food other than the café which had a nice selection of breakfast and lunch treats.

Everything was great! The staff members are all so helpful and friendly. Kenya checked us in and was so accommodating and friendly. She really started the stay off right. Ryan at the pool as great as well. He’s only been here for a couple of weeks but he seems like he was a great hire. The food from the restaurant downstairs by the pool (and pool service) was top notch.

Thank you to Kevan for making our stay so special. She is truly an amazing person and made the experience wonderful. All the staff has been the absolute best. Truly above and beyond. I had an amazing time and the staff that served me was beyond pleasant which is rare in some places these days. Nixon at Guest Services went above and beyond to demonstrate excellence and professionalism in how he treated me and my sister. I observed him and he was the same with many others on a daily basis. He remembered my birthday and had a delicious charcuterie board delivered to my room and a beautiful personalized card. He welcomed all with joy! From the very first day I arrived staff members made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I regret not writing every single name but here are some Oriana, Jenny and even the spa personnel male and female. The host at the restaurant on pool floor brightened up the day with her smile and peaceful welcome. She wares her hair in a bund and pushed back. Her and and another gave me the most beautiful happy birthday rendition during breakfast on June 19th. The staff out by the pool handling the cabana's were also above and beyond in service to guests. I'm weary of many stays these days primarily because of the customer services but this gets another visit and this even though I prefer the Gulf Coast. Soooooo worth the trip! Give this place a try.
