Wonderful stay, beautiful room with ocean view. Property is very nice, direct beach access. Room service was delicious.

Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort, provided a truly memorable experience as my partner and I celebrated his birthday. From the moment I made our reservation by phone, Ms. Diva was an absolute pleasure to work with, offering thoughtful details that helped us prepare for our arrival. Upon arrival, Mr. Nixon warmly welcomed us from guest services at the hotel entrance, immediately setting the tone for a wonderful stay. During check-in, Ms. Nicole was gracious and attentive, ensuring we were well cared for from our first day through our last. In the evenings, Ms. Jada continued that exceptional level of service and provided excellent restaurant recommendations, both within walking distance and a short Lyft ride away. The entire hotel staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and superb customer service throughout our visit. Our suite exceeded our expectations, especially with its beautiful wraparound balcony and spacious room. Absolutely fantastic stay with my brother, who has autism and mental retardation. Literally every staff person was friendly and kind toward both of us, with some being exceptional — Arlene, Angela, Nyeka and the other hostess at Ilios; Kimberly and tall Ryan by the pool; Lauren and the DJ at Nubé; the staff at S3 (don’t have their names); the manager and staff at Le Marché; Kettia and Jacoya from housekeeping; and last but not least Patrice at registration, who kicked off our stay so beautifully. Great meals, snacks and drinks all around. Reasonable prices given the quality. There were a mix of guests there at the same time, from families to couples to singles, across all age and racial groups, and everyone was respectful, if not outright friendly. The facilities were well maintained overall. There was a challenge with our shower — water leaking out to the ground on one side — which I hope they will fix before the next guests arrive. I think our parents are looking down at us smiling. My brother was cheesing the whole trip. I highly recommend this resort! Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon, Team Beach House Ft. Nixon gave us a great experience, helped us with all our bags. And had great communication.

My daughter and I got off our cruise and headed straight to the Beach House, where we stayed in a Deluxe King Suite with a separate living room. That extra space was absolutely worth it, especially with a 15 year old who needed a little downtime after traveling. The room was cool, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the beach. Check-in was effortless. The hotel has three separate check-in stations, so there was never one long line. Even though we arrived well before our scheduled check-in time, our room was ready early, which made such a difference. The sixth-floor pool and hot tub were beautiful, and the complimentary towels and refreshing cucumber water were such thoughtful touches. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the people. There was a large wedding taking place on the top floor, and the lobby was full of excited guests heading upstairs. We assumed the hotel staff would be stretched thin, but instead we felt like valued guests every moment of our stay. Every single person we encountered was gracious and welcoming. Thank you to Lou, Gina, and Rochelle. And special recognition goes to Nixon, who greeted every guest as though he were welcoming them into his own home. He found a quiet place where my daughter could study for her math class and even swapped recommendations for marine documentaries with her. Those small acts of kindness are the ones you remember. The spa team was equally wonderful. They let me shower, relax in the sauna, and freshen up between an afternoon swim and our dash to the airport, which made our travel day so much more comfortable. I was going to say the staff treated us like family, but honestly, that doesn’t quite capture it. Not every family is this gracious, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Thank you, Hilton Beach House. You created a stay we will remember for a very long time. We absolutely loved our time with you, and we can’t wait to come back.
