Staff did not look over the do not disturb sign and ignored it. Went into room and found valuables missing. Zero help with any staff

We had a fantastic time with the family the week we were there. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Nixon was one of our favorite people. He was amazing with my family, my grandchildren. He knew us all by our names. He was fantastic!!

I am honored to say it is like coming home to family. My husband Joe and I come often and it is wonderful to get updates on baby’s, weddings and life in general. Starting our day with Patron or Arlene is a blessing! We love them like family! Out at the pool with Michael and then grabbing a beer at 4 with Ryan and Peter is another part of our day! My birthday was August 13th, and unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a very disappointing experience. My daughter purchased a Carvel ice cream cake to celebrate my birthday while we were staying at the resort and having dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse. We were staying in room 1515, a studio with a small kitchen, balcony, and soaking tub. She purchased the cake the night of August 12th and placed it in the top section of the refrigerator, which appeared to be the freezer. The refrigerator had two sections, and there was even a large piece of ice buildup in the corner of the top section, so there was no reason to believe the cake was being stored incorrectly. The next morning, I opened the refrigerator to get breakfast ready for us, and water splashed out. When I looked at the cake, I was shocked to see that it had completely melted and looked like pudding. My birthday cake was ruined. I immediately contacted the customer service desk, expecting someone to take responsibility and make this right. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do other than offer my daughter and me a scoop of gelato/ice cream. Respectfully, how is a scoop of ice cream an appropriate resolution for a birthday cake that was ruined because of a problem with the refrigerator? I was expecting the resort to replace the entire cake, especially since the cake had been purchased just blocks away from the property. I went downstairs myself to speak with the manager because I wanted to address the situation face to face. The manager offered to remove one night of the resort fee. The problem is, I wasn’t even aware that I was being charged a resort fee, and that wasn’t what I was asking for. I wanted the birthday cake that my daughter purchased for me to be replaced. This wasn’t about getting something free. It was about customer service, accountability, and making an effort to fix a problem that happened while I was staying at your property. My daughter went out of her way to purchase a cake to make my birthday special, and because of a refrigerator issue, that cake was ruined. Then, instead of replacing it, I was offered a scoop of ice cream and a resort fee adjustment. Where was the customer service in that? I left extremely disappointed. A birthday is something you only celebrate once a year, and what should have been a special memory was overshadowed by an experience that made me feel like my concern simply wasn’t important. I sincerely wish I had a much better experience.

A beautiful, clean resort with a variety of excellent restaurants to enjoy. The staff was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The ocean view from our room was absolutely spectacular, and the entire experience was relaxing and peaceful. The location is also ideal, with many interesting attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed visiting the historic Mai-Kai restaurant during our trip. We highly recommend Beach House Hilton to anyone traveling to South Florida. It was a wonderful getaway, and we look forward to returning.
