Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

Much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great customer service and Nixon was particularly valuable with his help and suggestions. Rented bikes for free. Would go again!

We arrived late, no sheets in bed (it seems if you arrive late you’re not entitled to bed sheets). We called room service 2 times in an hour, 2 times we got room service is coming. We waited a few hours and finally fall asleep, 3 in one bed. At the morning, we called again room service, it seems there is no assistance so the bed sheets were never coming (and of course we had to call or the bedsheets were never coming), the lady at night just lied to us and we stayed awake until 2 am for nothing. I think the lie it’s even worst than the lack of bed sheets / readiness of the room, it’s the way of showing lack of interest in the customers. They waved us $53 of one night of resort fee, so I guess that’s great (it’s not, sarcasm). There is also a $60 mandatory valet parking. I personally don’t see the point kind of services. Slow, expensive and every time you need your car you have to go through this unnecessary process. I’m on paying an expensive overnight parking fee, don’t force to do that also. Anyway, it’s a nice hotel with nice rooms, but for me, quality of service defines the hotel.

We had a quick trip but enjoyed every second! Daniel at the beach bar was AWESOME. We weren’t even doing to get anything but he was extremely convincing with a new special they were running! Ended up staying for a while. Thank you, Daniel!! Best homemade lemonade we’ve had!
