Ilios Restaurant

We ate at Ilios for breakfast two days in a row and had great food and service. Petrone was an amazing and attentive server who even brought us complimentary mimosas when we requested her as a server our second day. Highly recommend for a delicious, reasonably priced breakfast with impeccable service.

Beautiful room but will not return!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We stayed in the two bedroom Ocean front suite. It was a great size and had a beautiful view. However, the floors were never cleaned during our 6 day stay. The elevators were impossible to get - wait times were insane and they were crowded. At check in I asked for kitchen supplies (you have to request these!). I subsequently had to call two more times until they finally arrived. Beach was full of seaweed and were red flags.

Keeps getting worse

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

My family has been coming here for the last 10 years. We always loved the beautiful rooms, great pool area, and good ambiance. In the last 4 years we have continously seen a drop in the hotel experience. It starts with the pool. Seems like many days the heat is not on or the pool is closed for repairs. Last year they rented the pool out for a day gor a bat mitzvah. They also rent it out to daycare or swim camps. Gets do crowded that its not enjoyable. Same with the elevators. The service elevators are always broken so they say. I think they dont have any. It takes 5 to 10m to get an ekevator during busy times. Its intolerable. And now to add insult to injury they opened a swanky roof deck bar and use 1 of the 4 elevators only for the roof deck. So 3 elevators serving guests and staff. My sense is this place cant make enough money just on room and food and so they need to use other avenues to make money to the detriment of its guests. When you ride in the elevator you will universally hear people complaining about the decline in hotel experience. Not sure why Mr. Hilton isn't listening. It was a good run. But next year will opt for 4 seasons or one of the dozen other high end hotels on the strip.

SOLO spa day perfection!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I decided to take a spontaneous spa day on the pool and beach and I got the day of my dreams. First, I started at the spa with Leon for a hot stone massage. The spa is a hidden little treasure with a hot sauna and fully stocked with everything you need. I then retreated to a private cabana. I then went to lunch with my view of the beach and Perrone was my waitress who treated me like family. The caesar with mahi was perfection and light and delicious. Now, the problem is - I don’t want to leave! This is your go to wellness resort!
