Staff is OUTSTANDING
The staff here is truly incredible. We have been coming here for the past 5 years and LOVE to come back and see Brian at the beach who always has an positive attitude, remembers me and takes time to have a nice chat about life. This guy is passionate about what he does and as a customer service driven business owner I would hire him as a manager in a heartbeat. The food here is phenomenal, along with the concierge. Four seasons looks like two seasons compared to the Conrad. The only thing that I’m didsapointed about is not seeing Daniel on the beach. Just like Brian, he’s so inviting and positive which makes me want to come back here. These guys deserve raises and should be treated as well as they treat the Conrad’s customers. Ppl make all the difference and these two are what embodies a memorable experience which makes you want to come back again and again.

Conrad Fort Lauderdale beach will always be my favorite
Bryan at the beach is the main reason we keep coming back. He’s the best and never forgets a face! Always makes us feel so welcome. Could never go to a place he wasn’t at! Wish Daniel was still here as well. Best customer service from these 2 always! Highly recommend! My favorite place!

Family spring break trip
We just got back from a fabulous spring break stay at Conrad. The hotel is gorgeous and service was top notch. Our room was very clean and so spacious. We really enjoyed having a kitchen space with the kids. Breakfast at Takato was delicious (try the short rib Benedict) and sitting outside along the beach was a great start to the day. Valet was quick despite it being a busy week. The staff at the beach & pool were friendly and the included chairs were plentiful and comfortable. There is a nearby lifeguard stand too. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Unacceptable
Been waiting for hours for our room to be ready. The lobby is full of others also waiting past the check in time. But still, we are charged full price. Do better, Hilton.

A very disappointing 1st day
We were invited to check in on line which we did but when we arrived we still could not get a room until 4 pm. There was nowhere to have a cup of coffee apart from getting a coffee to go. No cafe And this is a 5 star hotel !!! Then in evening turn down did not arrive I had to ring twice to get it. Then someone turned up with some towels but I was told that the dirty ones would be dealt with tomorrow. The balcony door is jammed and as an elderly man I did not have the strength to open or close it. Obviously little maintenance. For 4-5k dollars for 5 nights. This is disappointing. Would not stay again. I have booked for 5 nights and this is the first. Doesn’t bode well

Great property. Loved the room configuration. Restaurants were top notch. Friendly attentive staff. Spa was small.
