James at the pool and Reef 76 staff were amazingly welcoming!
Fabulous trip to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. Reef 76 staff were so amazing and friendly with a beautiful birthday breakfast who also sang to the birthday girl. James at the beautiful pool was so wonderfully attentive making our time so enjoyable. He was so sweet and accommodating. We look forward to coming back as they made our stay so welcoming. What a great experience! Thank you!

A true rescue in the middle of the night
I needed a room in the early hours of the morning after an unacceptable experience at another hotel, and the Omni Fort Lauderdale took care of me from the very first phone call. Andras was amazing. He helped me on the phone and was there when I arrived around 1 AM. He was kind, understood what I'd been through, and got me settled in quickly. After a stressful night, his warmth meant more than I can say. The bellmen were exceptional too, attentive and gracious even at that hour. My room was so clean I could have eaten off the floor, and the views from the 27th floor were breathtaking. It was exactly what I needed to reset before my flight home. Omni has truly found the meaning of luxury. Worth every penny. I'll be choosing the Omni from now on, and I hope management recognizes Andras for the care he showed me.

Beautiful and stylish
Beautifully designed! The staff was attentive and courteous. I love their efforts to give back to their community when a guest waives daily cleaning service.
