Sick in room dining
Unfortunately I ordered in room dining. The food was uncovered during transport. No lid or Saran Wrap covering food. This caused me to get sick with diarrhea. Omni was unsympathetic since no other guests got sick. So make sure you go to Hospital for any reasons and GET PROOF. Because they will not just stand behind you out of courtesies of being a guest there.

Newer Hotel with Good Pool Vibes!
I was there for a conference. The hotel is conveniently connected to the conference center, so no walking out in the hot sun and humidity. I upgraded to a higher floor with a view of the port/ocean, which I enjoyed immensely. Place was clean, modern and staff was great. Loved the pool and service at the pool was busy, but good. I would return and stay here again, especially if I was going to a conference.

Amazing experience. Customer service was amazing and they were careful with the cars for the chaueffers. Would recommend to family and friends! 10/10

Great experience
Great atmosphere and venue. Came in for a conference and everything was great from the moment I came in and left my car with the valet to the moment I left. David’s at the valet was great!
