Improvement and getting down the customer service after busy opening
Great experience this time. Worked out a lot of kinks from a month ago after opening. We stayed here a month ago and customer service, housekeeping, front desk, and valet all improved. It’s great to see a hotel that takes the time to look back and fix things that weren’t working perfectly.

Outstanding Service — Special Thanks to Rydell in Valet
We stayed at the Omni for one night while in Fort Lauderdale for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and the experience was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were top-notch, and every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I especially want to recognize Raidel Leon, one of the valet attendants. He truly went above and beyond. Parking in that area can be hectic, but he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference after a long day.

Don’t waste your time
Visited the lobby restaurant Reef76 and while the steak & eggs were good the service was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes after we were seated for server to come by. Another 35 minutes for a simple order to arrive. Very limited menu as well and only black coffee available - not even an espresso let alone lattes or other specialty coffee. Went to the Leeward coffee shop and the line went through the convenience store and out to the lobby. 35 minute wait for a latte - no thanks. Very poor planning from management and lack of basic understanding on how to properly run an F&B operation. While the property is beautiful the service leaves a lot to be desired. Go to Pier 66 up the street - far better service and just as good, if not better, of a product.
