Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel

Our stay at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel was absolutely amazing. Everyone was wonderful — from the bell staff, to the door attendants, to the Airways simulator experience. The simulator was such a highlight for our family! I mentioned that it was my son’s seventh birthday and that we were heading out on a Disney Cruise, and they went above and beyond to make it special. Mickey even left a gift bag for him, and there was a fun little arcade game for us to enjoy. Those thoughtful touches meant so much to us. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and truly a joy. You can tell they care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. We will definitely be coming back to Omni in the future!

We arrived to the Omni to see the hotel. Living in Fla this hotel would be a different stay cation. When we first pulled up to valet they were very friendly and went above and beyond to explain everything about what we were looking for. We sat outside and had a drink and the view was beautiful. We were able to see the pool area and what a beautiful spot on the 10th floor. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

I recently stayed at the Omni Fort Lauderdale while attending the Aderant Conference, and I cannot say enough about the experience. Five stars, without hesitation. Every touchpoint was exceptional from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. No single department stood above the rest because every department delivered. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, including the front desk team, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff, door greeters and event hosts, made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Not just as a guest, but as a person. A special mention must go to John, the shuttle driver. John was hospitable, kind and patient beyond measure. While I located the rest of my party, he waited without complaint and with a warmth that set the tone for the entire stay. That is the kind of service that is not scripted. It comes from genuine character. Whether the Omni selects exceptionally for character or invests deeply in customer service training, the result is a team that operates with warmth, professionalism and consistency at every level. That is rare and it does not go unnoticed. If you are considering the Omni Fort Lauderdale for a conference, a business trip or a leisure stay, do not hesitate. The service alone will bring you back.
