Great service
The Omni has been a great experience. John, my chauffeur was very friendly, informative and engaging. Using the chauffeur service to the beach was quick and easy. Thanks for the great customer service!

A pre-cruise must stay!
Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in somewhat early and Victoria was super helpful in arranging passage to the cruise terminal for us for the next morning. We had a slight problem with the inroom safe and John from maintenance was quick and friendly and fixed our problem. The property itself is beautiful and the room clean and well thought out. Our new go to hotel for future cruise trips!

Excellent Stay At the Omni
Kyle provided a level of service that immediately stood out. Everything was handled with precision, efficiency, and a clear sense of professionalism. From the moment I arrived, he was organized, punctual, and completely on top of things. There was no confusion or delay—just smooth, well-executed service from start to finish. He carried himself in a calm, respectful way and made the entire experience feel seamless. This guy Kyle reminded me that there are still people out there that take pride in their job and in providing excellent customer service. That’s something that deserves recognition. He was exemplary—focused, detail-oriented, and consistent in every interaction. It’s rare to see someone approach their work with that level of care and discipline. Kyle sets a high standard, and it shows. An outstanding experience overall.
