What a horrible experience
We thought this was gonna be a great experience because we had heard great things in the past about the Omni company, but unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Omni name, from the beginning at valet they made you feel like they were hurting cattle, not taken in guests, not to mention their valet damaged one of our employees vehicles and come find out after they played so nice to our faces. They end up calling the employer and telling him they will not cover the damages thatthey caused to his car at the valet. That is a horrible way to treat guests, the damage was only to a door handle and key lock, which is minimal expenses, especially for Omni. The employees vehicle that was damaged was a local employee added a regular pay rate, meaning to fix his vehicle that day would mean he paid to to work, that’s not OK with us Omni hotel you need to do better.

Great Service
Diego at the valet was incredibly friendly, sweet, and professional. He was very prompt in getting my car. Great customer service and truly appreciated his kindness and efficiency. Thank you, Diego!

A very seamless visit
Everything was very smooth and efficient arriving and departing. Marco got my car for me, and was very kind. Daniella at the spa was very accommodating. I would highly recommend a visit!

Best Valet in Broward County
The hotel is beautiful. Had a wonderful lunch at one of the restaurants inside the hotel. Valet was super quick. Brian was super nice and Edgar was super fast grabbing my car .
