Attention to detail
Not only was the entire staff at Omni so wonderful and friendly, but my big shout out to out goes to John in the valet/rideshare section. I was sitting outside waiting for my Lyft to come pick me up to take me to the airport. John was attentive and proactive my approaching me to ask if I wanted a free ride to the airport as a vip service provided by the hotel! How could I say no to him! His attention to his environment around him and his kindness was just astounding! Take really good care of John and please give him the recognition he deserves!!!
