OMI Exceed my expectation
Let me start by saying, I am a HOTEL GIRLY! I will choose a hotel over an Airbnb any day, so I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years. OMI Fort Lauderdale truly exceeded my expectations. I’m not sure who is in charge of hiring, but whoever it is deserves some recognition because they did an amazing job choosing the staff. Every single person I encountered during my stay was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The customer service alone deserves five stars. I booked OMI for a birthday staycation, and honestly, the days leading up to my stay had been a MESS. But the moment I arrived, I felt at peace. Once the staff knew it was my birthday, I truly felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me. It was exactly what I needed. The room and the entire hotel were extremely clean, and I am VERY picky when it comes to cleanliness. Everything smelled so fresh. The food and drinks at the restaurant and pool area were also really good. I didn’t get a chance to visit the spa this time, but I definitely plan to come back, experience it, and update my review afterward. OMI Fort Lauderdale, you have officially won me over. 1000/10. I will absolutely be back!

Everything was amazing, it was very modern, very clean, amazing pool, I would also like to mention that the they had a wonderful staff, Marco, our valet attendant was incredible. Can’t wait to come back.
