Stunning Property And Outstanding Service
Came to the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel for an all-day business meeting and had such a great experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere felt polished and quite welcoming, and the service truly stood out. A special shoutout to the valet team Sebastian, Dante, and Max who were all incredibly professional, prompt and overall offered great service. They made every arrival and departure seamless and genuinely added to the overall experience. Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend for both business travel and leisure. Looking forward to returning!
