Pelican Grand Beach Resort

This was our fourth or fifth time staying at the Pelican. We love the atmosphere, the beach front views, and mostly the team that works there. Viviana, John, Carlos, Jen and Matthew are a few of our favorites! Special thanks to the Chef for preparing fish my husband caught during our trip. There are a few minor things that could be repaired around the hotel (outlet in our bathroom) but nothing that would keep us front coming back. Just left and already looking forward to our next trip!

Logan was amazing! Came out to the car and hand carried our luggage up to the room for us. Great conversation about football and very friendly. Hannah at the desk was also amazing. Gave me complimentary drink ticket for my birthday. Friendly staff and great place to stay. Our 4th time staying here

From the first day we arrived everybody there was extremely kind and welcoming. Everytime we arrived or left the hotel they showed interest in our experience and asked if we were having a good time. They even took time to have full conversations. The resort was also very nice. The room was great, and the view of the beach from the balcony couldn't have been any better. Overall one of our favorite trips.

Our family loves The Pelican. We try to go yearly for a family vacation. I want to give an extra shout out to GIOVANNA, who works the pool area. She is exceptional in what she does. Always happy and cannot do enough for you. We have had the pleasure of knowing her from previous years and she is a very hard worker. She makes our stay even better!

From the time we pulled up to the hotel until we left to go home everything and everyone was wonderful. The following employees were always so welcoming and accommodating on every day we were there, Jack, Mark, Andrew, Adam, Jessie and Cameron. Both young ladies that were at the front desk when arriving and leaving were just as friendly (sorry I don't remember their names) Thanks to Adam for recommending and great place for dinner. We are already planning another girls trip for next year. All of the amenities were so nice. Room decor was lovely. The beds were so comfy. We liked the choice of different style pillow the bed as well. My only suggestion for the room would be a microwave. The robes were a sweet added surprise. Can't wait to return.
