Pelican Grand Beach Resort

Excellent as always great service from all the staff. Restaurant is a must, excellent service and food both for breakfast and dinner.

Shower didn't work properly. Overcharged for valet parking. The parking is excessive which is over $60 per night. Room didn't get cleaned until 5 p..m. Hallways were litered with room service trays. Was not removed for hours. The location is excellent being located right on the beach. The cost of the rooms are overpriced.

We had a great dinner at the Ocean 2000 with our server Matthew. He was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience! The setting was beautiful and he provided strong knowledge of the menu and great recommendations.

I stayed this past week with mmbb partners of American baptist churches. Mark and Dolly were a great help. Making sure that I was comfortable and my things treated with care. I appreciated there help over the last 7 days.

We stayed at Pelican Grand Beach resort for a family member’s wedding. The location couldn’t be better as it is directly on the beach. The staff at all the restaurants and front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed at an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking the pool and lazy river via the Airbnb platform. The price was less than the price given to wedding guests via a city view block of rooms. We had the best time and highly recommend this hotel.
