The location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are beautiful. It could be cleaner in the outside corridors. Music at the pool would be great. They don't allow you to control the air conditioning below 70 degrees unless you ask repeatedly.

Excellent accommodations, service, location! Would highly recommend. Also appreciate the wait staff and bartender (Carlos and Mike) who were very accommodating and strived to go above and beyond for us. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and thoughtful.

It was our4th or 5th stay at The PELICAN GRAND. Only a Small detail but The Emporium (Gift Shop) has Gelato that tasted a bit old. Maybe melted and refrozen? Otherwise everything was great. Great weather, great views, great staff = a great time! THANK YOU!

Great service! Rick helped us by the pool everyday we were here and made sure we had all we needed. The scavenger hunt for the kids on arrival was a favorite. Perfect spot for families with pool and beach right there. We had an ocean front room with a wonderful view and plenty of space for a family of four.

We took a sister trip and booked here based on favorable reviews and beautiful pictures. I usually experience envying neighboring hotels, but not here! It’s the most lovely and amazing hotels in the area!
