Pelican Grand Beach Resort

I liked the style of the room however dirt spots on the floor.. Showered, and walked around the room to find my feet dirt again. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The white sheets were like new. They had a full bar, candy, water, scrubs, soaps, lotions in the room for sale…. Price on everything. The hours of the pool were only till 6pm. They had holes in the Umbrella’s. Pictures make the pool and lazy river look bigger. $130 for 2 days for our SUV to be valeted. Girl at the desk did not seem knowledgable on much, everything I asked her she had to go ask someone else… I will not be going back.

Pelican grand is my go to when in Florida. It’s like an old friend welcoming me home! Always beautiful resort, where your biggest decision lazy river, pool or beach!! Andrew (at pool) welcomes you to your favorite spot in the sun. Servers bring you ice water before you even ask. 2 days is never enough here! See you next month!

We had breakfast at ocean2000 which was amazing and Derrell was wonderful. He made our dining experience delightful. We will definitely go back for more. We also enjoyed the hospitality at the pool and at the beach. We had eaten at the pool bar for lunch and it was amazing.

Excellent service by Mathew! He made great suggestions and the meal was superb! Lovely service was much appreciated! The meal was enhanced by the suggestions he made. To e atmosphere was conducive to a nice business dinner celebrating a new hire in our company.

Matthew was an excellent server and provide a wonderful experience. The food tasted fantastic and came out very timely. The beer was cold and the fish came out cooked to perfection. Could not thank Matthew enough for his hospitality and professionalism.
