Pelican Grand Beach Resort

Location is great, atmosphere very pleasant, rooms and their view mesmerizing, service great, no matter where you were everyone was very kind and special, specially Jack, always with a smile and with a heart to serve and help in any need!

I just want to complement the excellent hospitality that Pelican Grand Beach Resort offers amd how some of the employees make the difference for your establishment, becoase Jack is number one among those that we have encountered throughout the years around rhe world, his professionalism and kindness are traits that distinguish him form others , he is a big asset for your resort... thank you Jack for making us feel so pleasant in our conferenceat Fort Lauderdale.... I came with my husband for his conference, and we had to wait quite a while because our room wasn’t ready. Mark Choi was kind and helpful.He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was taken care of. We had just come from another hotel, so the difference was very noticeable. Even the girl who work at the restaurant went out of her way to come over, say Hello, and ask if there was anything she could help us with. I was really impressed by how friendly and caring everyone was.

An absolutely fantastic stay here at the very definition of paradise! Such attentive and caring staff making sure everyone is enjoying their stay. At times, we had the pool to ourselves, which was lovely and the sea views were so inviting. A very relaxing stay, a short trip to Las Olas and water taxi stops as well as bus stop right outside! We will definitely return when we can.

Just what we were looking for in a Hotel! Location, beach and great amenities! Everyone was so kind and friendly! Special recognition to Mark in valet. Always so professional! And we will truly miss Sarah at the Lobby Bar. She gave us not only amazing service but by the end of the trip we felt like we were leaving Family. ❤️
