We had a great experience with Andrew in Valet. Such an amazing person, very helpful throughout our stay. Andrew gave us great recommendations on Restaurants and great downtown areas to visit. Andrew also helped out by picking up our vehicle at another location. Amazing and professional service at its best.. Thanks again Andrew

We had a great one night experience. Location can't be beat. Food and Beverage has great options and was delicious for dinner and breakfast. There are a few small things maintaince wise that they are addressing.

The location is right on the beach! There are attendance to get you chairs and umbrellas whenever you need them. They had plenty even at busy times. Unfortunately, there was a lot of sargassum on the beach, which was not the resort’s fault. The pool and lazy river were perfect! You could get a chair until about 11 AM. The pool attendant would put a wrap on the chair for you and give you towels. And Fridays and Saturdays they have special treats at the pool. We got free cotton candy on Saturday. There’s a limited number of tubes for the lazy river, but that is a good thing. Otherwise there would be too many in the lazy river. If they were all taken, you just needed to wait 30 minutes and You could get one easily. Weight staff would come by frequently If you wanted food or drink. They also would come by with free cups of water Occasionally. I had an ocean view king room, and it was large. We had a couch and a high table with chairs inside the room. The balcony was small off the side of the hotel overlooking the pool and the ocean. We had huge windows with a direct view of the ocean. The bathroom was very large. My only complaint in the bathroom is that there is no shower door. It is designed that way. Also, there’s no lock on the sliding door to the bathroom. The sink and toilet and shower all in one room so someone else cannot get ready if someone is in the bathroom. There is a fridge and a coffee maker. They do give you two bottles of water. But be careful There are other Bottles of water in the room that cost money. So be aware of which ones you’re taking. The customer service was great at the hotel. One of the elevators was not working, so there was a long way at times to get an elevator. Occasionally, we would climb seven flights to our room because we didn’t want to wait. We ate in the lounge twice. They have a great happy hour. I had a margarita, pizza and the fish sandwich. Both are recommended. The location is about a mile from a state park so it is walkable to get there. They do offer a free shuttle after 5 PM to go into the main area of town where many restaurants are. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
