Never going back
1 only good thing about this hotel is the view. Spent five days there and did not feel safe, was knocked down by an intoxicated person from a cocktail party in the lobby, elevators were not working. Food was not good and arrived cold, price not worth the experince. Poorly managed. Beach staff was great!

Nice location - excessive fees
Location is great. Right on the beach. Has beautiful patio with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean. Rooms are nice and spacious, clean. Don't plan on using pull-out. Ours was work down to just springs - no one could sleep on it. Staff are friendly and great - especially beach maid. 22% gratuity automatic for all food & beverage orders. I found it excessive for $70 per night parking in addition to $57 per night resort fees - plus taxes on both. Thats $127 plus taxes each night in addition to your nightly rate if you have a car. Maybe I'm out of the loop here - but I found that excessive. Also found 22% on every single food order to be a lot as well. I like the option to decide who and how much I tip. Overall, nice property - best thing is location. Nothing special otherwise.

Just perfect!
Beach was stunning! Staff was professional, pleasant, and polite. Oceanview suite was everything we had hoped for with gorgeous sunrise views from our patio!
