Pelican Grand Beach Resort

We have stayed @ Pelican Beach Resort prior to this stay. The staff are absolutely Awesome! Mark & Damien working Valet do a fantastic job! Alissa in the Bar is a Sweetheart! Hard working and very attentive! We look forward to our return visit. Thanks for your awesome service!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Adam! He’s been absolutely amazing during my stay — so attentive and kind to everyone. He noticed me taking pictures and offered to take one so I could be in it, which was so thoughtful! He also went out of his way to help me warm up some food. You can tell he really cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. Such a genuinely nice and knowledgeable guy — thank you, Adam!

I’ve been coming here over the years and the staff this time was absolutely amazing!! They were so nice and accommodating and really made my stay that much better. Managers Jackie and Brandi are amazing and professional and really provide a great experience for the guests. Server Johvanna by the pool is so sweet and always made sure I was taken care of always working so hard! Also Alex from the pool was very nice and made sure everything was good as well! From valet Mark was really nice too. Definitely will be back!!

We went for couples massages and had a really good experience. Both Susan and Orlee are excellent massage therapists and provided the right amounts of pressure for releasing tension and stress. In addition, the room was welcoming, calm and serene all at same time. We were able to view the ocean which further added to our positive experience. Excellent job guys and thanks!

Overall wonderful experience! Beautiful rooms, private beach, and the restaurant was amazing! Our server. Sarah, was so informative and made our meal experience even better. Along with the manager, Dimitrious, I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
