Pier Sixty-Six

We had a wonderful stay at Pier Sixty-Six this weekend and were truly impressed by the level of service throughout the property. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to the Security team. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter a security staff that is not only attentive and responsive but also genuinely welcoming. They helped create a safe and comfortable environment for guests, and their exceptional customer service deserves recognition. Thank you to everyone at Pier Sixty-Six for making our weekend memorable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Possibly the best hotel experience in my 52 years of life, from beginning to end. Every single staff member greets you with a genuine, make you feel at home, smile. Even better than home. You are treated like a king/queen, from the point of arrival, welcomed and assisted by the valet team, very well presented and groomed. To the unexpected drinks at the registry, which was extremely quick, well-manned and efficient. As well, their staff, very beautifully dressed and groomed. If you are ever in need of directions, the staff doesn't tell you where to go, they walk you there themselves, that's the kind of place this is. The outdoor team, pool staff, service team, the dancing dj's, we can't forget those, everyone was outstanding. Constantly working to please their guests and to keep the place looking tidy and elegant. The cleaning staff, room maids were extremely humble, helpful and welcoming as well, like family. The hotel itself, INCREDIBLE. So very well designed, so absolutely beautiful and engaging to the eyes with all its astonishing art work. Everything so well thought out and placed in the right locations, and so beautifully and intricately designed and mixed in lighting, fixtures, furniture and so on. Best meals I've had probably ever, many places to eat, dine, drink, beautiful bars, stunning restrooms everywhere. Top notch, clean and elegant. It was so very difficult to leave this place. Stayed here recently for business and honestly had a really great experience. The staff were probably the highlight of the stay. Everyone at check in was great and that level of service carried throughout the hotel. The bar staff were also excellent. The hotel was very clean, easy to get around, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also thought the rotating lounge was really cool and something a little different. Would definitely stay here again.

Zenova Spa at Pier 66 is one of the best spas I have ever been to and definitely my new favorite in south Florida. The spa facilities are incredible and the spa staff are some of the best I've encountered. Everyone from Amanda the spa manager, to the massage therapist, spa attendant and Joey at reception. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from start to finish!

I recently stayed at Pier 66 from Sunday through Memorial Day Monday, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel valued throughout our stay. Everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality was top tier. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience.
