Valet scammers
Absolutely disgusting experience with the valet service here. I was clearly told valet would be $16. While they were getting the payment machine ready, I looked away for a moment to speak with my wife, tapped my card, and immediately noticed I had been charged almost $40 — for roughly 20 minutes. I questioned the charge right away because the amount was nowhere near what I had been told. They apologized and told me a refund would be issued, but no refund ever came. What makes this especially concerning is how easily this could go unnoticed. I don’t drink, so I noticed the charge immediately, but it makes you wonder how many guests leaving after dinner or drinks simply tap their card without checking the amount. Charging nearly $40 after specifically quoting $16, then promising a refund and failing to issue it, is completely unacceptable. Whether this was intentional or simply terrible business practice, guests should carefully check exactly what they are being charged before tapping their card. I would absolutely not trust this valet service again.

At pier sixty six, Harell and Emmanuel, Josh showed REAL HOSPITALITY AT VALET!! They were excellent and accommodated EVERYTHING we needed! As locals, we will be back! Love Yall!

What an Amazing Spa and incredible experience!
I had an incredible 75 min Massage at the spa preceding with an optional, close to an hour hydro therapy and wellness experience. They have a Snow room to cool you down after the sauna! From reception to the spa attendants and therapists I rarerely get such a warm welcome! They made me Feel Like a Rockstar!
