It was amazing from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a complimentary drink and it only got better from there. The rooms were luxurious and well kept. The view from our room was priceless. I had the honor to meet one of the hotels security leaders Mr. Alan Tamayo. He was very friendly and attentive, My family and I always felt safe and comfortable. This hotel is great!

**Outstanding Family Hotel Right Before Our Cruise – Already 5 Stars!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re currently staying at Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale before our cruise on Saturday and had to drop this review while it’s fresh. As a family of four (me, my wife, and our 10- and 11-year-old kids), this place has been fantastic so far. We landed on a red-eye, got to the hotel around 9:00 AM via Uber, and figured we’d be hanging out until noon because of our Amex Platinum booking. Instead, we chilled by the pool and got a text at 10:00 AM saying our room was ready. Crazy fast! On top of that, they upgraded us to a beautiful ocean-view room on the 9th floor — huge win thanks to the Amex. The service has been insanely good. Every staff member greets you with a smile every time you walk by, and they’re always handing out cold bottled water. It’s those little touches that make you feel really taken care of. The kids are loving the pool, especially the waterslide — they’ve barely come out of the water. We still have another full day here before the cruise and we’re already planning to stay here again when we return next week. The only small downside so far has been breakfast at Garni. The food was fine, but a couple of the staff members there weren’t quite as friendly or attentive as the rest of the team. Pier 66 is crushing it for a family cruise port stay. Great location, awesome service, and the kids are happy. Highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team — you’re making our trip off to a great start! 🚢

My wife and I had a wonderful staycation at this beautiful property for the 4th of July weekend; we arrived early and yet Nicole at front desk was so keen to give us an early check-in that she upgraded our room to one facing the ocean on the ninth floor so that we could start enjoying their facilities right away. The rooms are incredibly stylish and the technology is top-notch: all room controls are via touchscreen panels, there is a Nespresso machine, the balcony has nice lounge chairs, slippers, bathrobes are provided as well, The bathroom is quite luxurious indeed. Food is a huge plus here; we tried Sotogrande (Mediterranean cuisine) facing the Marina and Garni for both breakfast and Sunday brunch (fantastic). The pools were quite crowded with families with kids but they also have two adult pools. My wife enjoyed a great facial in their spa which she enjoyed a lot. But it is the friendly, attentive service that differentiates this property from the rest; service is genuine and every single interaction was flawless. A special acknowledgement to Nicole and Michael at front desk for their warm welcome and their constant follow-up. Damion, the head concierge is quite knowledgable and very friendly, the entire team at Garni remembered our names and preferences and every housekeeping staff that we encountered in the hallways stopped to say hello. Few properties in South Florida can combine such a wide range of amenities, fine dining and location; but even fewer can boast the exceptional world-class service of Pier 66. We’ll certainly return and highly recommend it.
