Wonderful atmosphere and spectacular views

An unforgettable experience - not just a hotel
Following a two week transatlantic cruise we decided to stay at Pier Sixty-Six (coming from the UK, we knew very little of the hotel other than its close proximity to the cruise terminal). Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco (which is made exclusively for the hotel) and a beautiful hotel lobby (which smells amazing). The room is incredible - we had a marina balcony room and it was huge, high end products and spotlessly clean. We had the best night sleep in the huge bed! Whilst staying, we decided to visit the Spa for the day to relax ahead of our flight back home to England and, once again, we were warmly welcomed and felt like royalty throughout our day-pass visit. Liliana quite literally did not stop and brought us complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout our time (even bringing some treats out for us in the spa pool when she heard it was our anniversary). She really did go above and beyond - making our visit to both the hotel and the spa an unforgettable experience. We hope to return as soon as we possibly can and will be recommending Pier Sixty-Six (and its spa) to all our friends and family!

Beyond amazing
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was fantastic, and the facility was beautiful. We’re definitely coming back with our wife. Mirka, the manager, was phenomenal and helped us get a room even though there weren’t any available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

We have had a marvelous stay at Pier Sixty-Six! Every single employee we encountered was marvelous! I do want to give a special acknowledgment to Eunice at the front desk, Jamie and Alan the bellmen, and Myraka (also front desk). These employees are golden! They went above and beyond in more ways than I can state here. Please let them know that they are the reason we’ll be coming back! Thank you to all of you! The hotel and amenities are gorgeous, too!
