A truly wonderful property and experience. The staff were personable, polite, and always on hand to help in any way. The rooms were spotless and well appointed and my children absolutely loved the pool and slide. There were ample life guards on deck which was a great touch and amazing poolside service for drinks and snacks. We went for a birthday celebration and they left an adorable note and cake in the room for us which was a lovely touch, not to mention all the staff remembered us by name and greeted us and made sure to find a cute way to keep the birthday celebration treats coming!

Pier Sixty-Six is a top notch, beautiful, accommodating, resort! The renovation came out beautiful. From the welcome drink at check in, to the concierge, the housekeeping, the staff are all wonderful. Specific shout-outs to Paula at Windows and PK, poolside. Remembered us everyday by name and gave impeccable service. The beds and linen feel as though it just gives you a big soft hug. We came back from the pool one afternoon to a fresh fruit plate in our room. So many small gestures made a BIG impression. Happy Hour at Windows cant be beat. The breakfast at Garni was delicious. Sundays are a bit pricier but also have more options AND unlimited mimosas and Bloody Mary's. At a resort, $60 for prime rib, shrimp, and bottomless breakfast drinks cant be beat. We spwnt Saturday night at the rooftop bar. We had fantastic drinks and a small bite. The atmosphere waa so fun with a DJ! I cannot wait to visit again!

Exceeded our expectations! From the time of check-in to checkout and everything in between…Concierge, Bell, Valet, Restaurant, Housekeeping service, etc. A+! Got to experienced all of the restaurants and found the food quality & preparation excellent…in particular the greens so fresh & crispy across all their restaurants even at poolside and rotating rooftop casual dining. Sunday Brunch favors flavor and quality over quantity which we appreciated. The resort renovation is well planned and executed with clean designs & decor exuding a relaxing vibe. The Spa has uncommon offerings such as several water therapies that sets them apart others in South Florida. Apparently additional amenities are still in development. Overall a very nice stay-cation value & experience!

The best birthday I’ve ever had. Everyone was so assertive, kind and patient. Gus, Emmanuel and Shad were amazing as well as the other staff, I didn’t get to get all their names. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, chefs kiss. I enjoyed my stay. You all were amazing. Thank you for making my birthday special. From Mr and Mrs Brown.

Great weekend stay at Pier 66, the renovation of which is elegant. Our room was beautiful and thoughtfully laid out and the amenities, particularly the spa, are top-flight. Best of all, however, were the staff, all of whom went the extra mile and were genuinely interested in their guests. They all appeared to be enjoying their jobs and their guest interactions. One strong suggestion for Pier 66 management … the property is one with a rich history that should be celebrated as part of its “new” story. As such, though beautiful, except for the rotating rooftop bar/club, it doesn’t acknowledge it’s interesting past and as beautiful as it is, may come across as somewhat soulless. I believe some vignettes which convey its story would help further build connection between “then” and “now”, which would involve the guest in that story. Just a suggestion.
