Great resort experience
This resort is top notch. Newly renovated. Guest rooms are fully automated. Staff is super friendly and easy to contact thru the app or text. Top Tier is a fun evening hang spot. Calusso is nice for a fine dining night out. The breakfast and brunch at Garni is not to be missed. The spa is world class!! Loved our weekend here.

Amazing Stay
On August 14, my girlfriend and I checked in, and the front desk staff, Murad and Mylka, were very welcoming, polite, and helpful with everything. The next day, we visited Zenova Spa. Linda greeted us so warmly and made us feel very welcome. Gigi explained everything very professionally, and Tarana personally showed us around the locker rooms and then the Via Aquae and was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and took great care of us.” ❤️ She also prepared a beautiful blend of tea for us, which was such a lovely touch. Everything was beautifully done and made our experience very special. Our favorite part was definitely the Snow Room- such a unique and beautiful experience! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment! ❤️

Best in Ft Lauderdale
A beautiful new hotel in Fort Lauderdale. After staying in a few hotels in Fort Lauderdale, this is the only true five star experience in the vicinity. Both the design and quality of the amenities are all exceptional. All of the restaurants on premise are excellent. I presume there will be at least one Michelin star soon. Mirka, from the management staff, was amazing and very professional. She made sure we had a pleasant stay throughout.

A gem i hope i can gatekeep.
Everything about my stay was beyond immaculate. I have absolutely no complaints. Eunice at the front desk was so warming as well as Sufi at the pool and our housekeeper on the 6th floor who made us feel like family. I won't no longer be going to Miami and staying here for the rest of my South Florida escapes.
