rarely leave reviews, but this time my experience was so extraordinary that I took the time to ask for the names of the people who assisted me during my stay at Pier Sixty-Six. Upon check-in, Miss Nisa attended to me at the front desk with kindness and efficiency; she explained everything in detail and personally escorted me to the elevator to make it easy to reach my room. Upon entering, I was greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cheese platter, along with a personalized card that made me feel like a true VIP. This touch was arranged by the director of rooms himself, Mr. Richard, whom I thank deeply. The room cleaning was impeccable; the housekeeper Rosibel was always very attentive—to the point that, when I didn’t know how to use the coffee machine, she personally prepared one of the best coffees I’ve ever had, not just for its taste, but for the personalized attention. At the pool, the surprises continued: the manager, Mrs. Gabriela, handled my reservation, placed me in a prime spot, and sent me two incredible piña coladas. In the evening, I enjoyed the hotel’s modern and elegant facilities, with discreet and excellent nighttime service. The housekeeper Adriana provided her support, leaving extra towels and water as I requested; she was truly kind. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Though the stay was short, it was unforgettable. I will definitely return.

From start to finish the experience at Pier Sixty-Six was top notch. We ate at most of the restaurants, and used the Spa. All around an excellent experience. The details were thought of, and the level of service is exceptional. The rooms are put together very nicely. Staff is friendly and attentive, service is professional and thoughtful. It was really hard to leave.

A truly fantastic hotel. We hosted our business conference Oct 2025, and the rooms were beautiful, service top notch, and all above our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough.
