Our family’s stay at Pier Sixty-Six was nothing short of exceptional. After a disappointing experience at another hotel that we left within two hours, we arrived exhausted after a four-day cruise and simply needed a place where we could relax, recharge, and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Pier Sixty-Six exceeded every expectation. As an American Express Platinum Card member, I booked this stay through the Amex Travel portal, and experiences like this make the card’s annual fee absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, Chris at the front desk set the tone for an amazing stay. He was kind, welcoming, empathetic, and truly listened to our situation. Understanding what our family had just been through, he partnered with Nisa to make what felt like a miracle happen by upgrading us to a beautiful Junior Suite. Their compassion and commitment to guest satisfaction immediately turned our trip around. The service continued to impress throughout our stay. Emanuel promptly came to our room to set up the sofa bed, which was incredibly easy to request through the hotel’s app. The convenience and responsiveness were outstanding. We also spent time at Salt Breeze and the pool, where two wonderful female team members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch provided excellent service. The waitstaff and pool attendant were attentive, friendly, and helped create a relaxing resort atmosphere that our family thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, Eduardo made our departure just as seamless as our arrival. During checkout, he ensured everything was perfect and genuinely cared about our experience from start to finish. The beautiful property, exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and overall guest experience made this stay a 10/10. As locals from Miami who love traveling the world and experiencing luxury hotels, we can honestly say that Pier Sixty-Six has become our new favorite staycation destination. This hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale perfectly combines timeless elegance, world-class hospitality, and attention to detail that is becoming increasingly rare to find. We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday weekend and made it our mission to experience every corner of the property—from the marina and boat slips to the rooftop, pool, cabanas, restaurants, and spa. Every experience exceeded our expectations. They say first impressions are everything, and ours started the moment we arrived. Harold, our valet attendant, welcomed us with such a genuine smile and warm personality that we immediately knew we were somewhere special. His kindness set the tone for the entire weekend. Next came Chris at the front desk, who provided exceptional service from arrival to departure. We were greeted with champagne, made to feel truly valued, and even received an upgrade. Our suite featured a breathtaking wraparound balcony with incredible ocean views that made every morning and evening feel magical. The hotel’s welcome amenities were outstanding. We selected the birthday cake, cheese platter, and Paloma tequila tray, which my husband absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful way to start the celebration. Our first day was spent relaxing at the pool, where Dave took incredible care of us and our group. He was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. Hospitality like his truly elevates the guest experience. One of our favorite moments was taking a boat ride from the marina and watching the sunset over the water. It was absolutely beautiful. Later that evening, we headed to Pier Top, where we danced, enjoyed cocktails, and took in the stunning views. It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. The next day, we reserved a cabana and were fortunate to have Leo looking after us. His hospitality was exceptional, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. We ended our stay with what turned out to be one of the best spa experiences we have ever had—and we’ve had couples massages all over the world. The spa itself is absolutely stunning. Upon arrival, Joey welcomed us with a contagious smile and made us feel instantly comfortable. Patricia was wonderful throughout our visit, constantly checking on us, making sure we had refreshments, and ensuring every detail was perfect. Her warmth and genuine passion for what she does did not go unnoticed. The co-ed spa area was one of the highlights of our visit. So many luxury spas separate couples before treatments, but Pier Sixty-Six allows you to truly enjoy the experience together. We loved spending time in the sensory showers and especially the snow room—which was such a unique and fun experience. Then came the massages. Without hesitation, my husband and I both agree that this was the best couples massage we have ever experienced. The couples suite was enormous, beautifully designed, private, and incredibly romantic. Catalina and Diana were phenomenal. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail made this a true 10/10 experience. We’ve had massages around the world, and this one officially takes the number one spot on our list. What surprised us most was how exclusive and intimate the spa felt. While we were initially surprised it wasn’t busier, we quickly realized that the peaceful atmosphere made the experience even more romantic and special. Pier Sixty-Six, thank you for creating such a beautiful and iconic destination. Every team member we encountered genuinely cared about making our stay memorable, and it showed in every interaction. We arrived as first-time guests and left feeling like lifelong fans. We will absolutely be back, and we cannot wait for our next stay.

The location is very accessible, all of the staff throughout the property were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was extremely peaceful and clean. I truly enjoyed the spa experience through all of the sensory and recovery offerings up to the massage. Would absolutely return!

Great resort. Loved the buffet for breakfast. The room was nice and very spacious. Very modern amenities through out. Also, the 360 bar at the very top was a nice surprise
