Our stay at The Pillars Hotel & Club was amazing. The location is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home. A perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Our 3rd visit and it didn’t disappoint. A beautiful chic hotel. So quiet in the bustle of Fort Lauderdale. There really isn’t anything negative to say. Room was immaculate, bed very comfortable. Food was great. Filet mignon cooked to perfection. Jonathan was a perfect gentleman serving us. Fun to chat with too.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the front desk staff. When I approached them with a simple question, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than being helpful or courteous, their attitude came across as nasty and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the lack of basic respect and customer service made the experience unpleasant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for staff who are supposed to represent the company and make guests feel welcome.

This place totally nails that cool European vibe — classy but not stuffy. The waterfront setting is just gorgeous, complete with sailboats bobbing right in front. Dinner at the hotel’s private club venue was special. I took a chance on the gnocchi (highly recommended!) and, wow, it honestly might be the best I’ve ever tasted. Everywhere was super clean — my room and all the public areas were spotless. And huge shoutout to Monica at the front desk. She always remembered my name and made me feel right at home. All in all, great food, relaxing vibes, and top-notch service. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

This was our first time staying at a small luxury hotel and the Pillars made it a fantastic experience. The grounds were beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. We hardly saw any other guests during our stay and enjoyed the pool to ourselves at night and again the next day. We also took the short walk to the beach and spent several hours there. We were looking forward to dining outside for dinner but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. The food was good and the service was excellent. We had a few small items like no iron in our room and the in room safe did not work but the desk was responsive.
