Amazing hotel
Amazing stay from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks at the Wet Bar were fantastic and despite how busy it was, the pool staff was always friendly. The only minor issue we had was the elevators, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise flawless stay. A special shoutout to the valet team especially Victor, Douglas, and manager Romiro for their exceptional service. We can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing experience
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the valet team, escorted to front desk by the most amazing doorman Lucas, to a swift checkin and welcome drink, I was in heaven. The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing, the decore was just perfect. Daily happenings at the bar on the 4th floor, highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel this week for a conference, everything was fantastic. Wanted to highlight the valet department in particular for their friendly service, especially Shapsley (Hope I spelled that correctly).

5 ⭐️, sangrias upon arrival, smells amazing, very clean, employees friendly, valet prompt, rooms fantastic, great views of ocean, spacious balconies, in room service, mini bar, snacks & drinks, bottles water, Nespresso, big bathrooms, lots towels, maids do great job. Beach clean resort fee covers chairs, umbrella, towels and water. Wifi. On-site restaurants El Vez and a steak 954 with outdoor dining. Living Room cocktails on terrace. Wetdeck rooftop pool, bar, DJ, loungers, cabanas, daybeds. Live music. Great drinks and food. Away Spa and scheduled events. Check-in and out easy process. Service exceptional here. Raul Lopez outstanding customer service, cares about his guests and any issues he will take care of you. Alex Caceras excellent communication. Very busy and popular hotel. Upgrade us for our Anniversary and late check out deeply appreciated. We will return next April our third trip. You will not regret staying here. Great Location. For romance, couples, business, family and special occasions. Everyone is amazing here. Please tip maids, valet, servers, beach employees, they all deserve it!
