Awesome stay at the w in fort Lauderdale
And unforgettable experience I live in Florida but wanted to relax and enjoy myself couldn't I found a better place Tianca M at the front desk was amazing Made me feel like family giving me the insight tips just if I was family which now I feel like I am stayed at a room which I can never forget 7-Eleven which was a beautiful sweet enjoy my late check out

Our week stay at the W Hotel was amazing, the restaurants have delicious food, the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Big thanks to Bre for having such a welcoming presence. Really set the tone of our vacation

Beware and stay away!
I am writing this review as I am currently staying at this property to warn others!! We came with another couple and we have been having nothing but issues since we arrived. First off, our friends room was not ready until 7:00 PM the day of arrival. We were told many times that a room would be ready shortly and that kept getting pushed back. When they finally got to the room it was in a state of disrepair and they had to be changed to another room. After speaking with the front desk (the manager Cody refused to talk to them) they were compensated for their troubles. Our room, the closet door needed a repair (which they did) , the AC is not great and the room gets hot , and as I sit here at 5:30 PM the room has not been serviced yet despite specifically requesting it a couple of hours ago. I asked for extra pillows and was told they were completely sold out of pillows!!!! They are overcrowded and not prepared for the holiday weekend crowd. We are platinum elite with Marriott and have never experienced a property this poorly managed!! I would NOT recommend staying here!!!!
