Big let down, coming here from wonderful The W South Beach. Very transactional, promised late checkout to only be chased out early. Not just us, others too despite Platinum Elite status. Rumor has it the new owners are cutting everyone and everything. Good luck keeping the W Brand!

Returning again!

My husband and I have been staying at the W Fort Lauderdale since it has opened 18 years ago. It is like walking into our second home the place , staff and vibe are just simply the best . Raul and Luis are our number one guys always there for any question or concerns . We refer all of our friends to our happy place 🥰❤️

Richard on the beach was absolutely the best part of my stay at the W Fort Lauderdale. Attentive, warm, and genuinely elevated the entire experience. Exceptional service. The W Fort Lauderdale also offers excellent service on the rooftop, and I loved that the same level of care extends down to the beach—don’t miss that experience.
