What a wonderful way to end a long business trip! After several days of travel, my wife was able to join me for the final few days, and we were simply looking for a place where we could relax, unwind, and enjoy some time together. We happened upon this property, and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly the kind of relaxing environment we were hoping to find. Any request we had was handled quickly and graciously, and it was clear that the staff truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. What started as a place to spend the last few days of a business trip turned into one of the highlights of our travels. Would I recommend this hotel to someone looking for a great location, an outstanding staff, excellent accommodations, and all the little touches that make a stay memorable? Absolutely—100% yes! We would gladly stay here again and look forward to the opportunity to return.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Sarah while planning my son's and his fiancé's (now wife) wedding at the Sanibel. We only had about three months to pull everything together, so things moved fast. From the very beginning, Sarah was incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful. She always got back to us quickly, gave us different options to choose from, and made the entire planning process feel so much easier. And as anyone who has planned a wedding knows, things change! There were last-minute adjustments, different people involved, and moments when everyone wasn't necessarily on the same page. Through all of it, Sarah was calm, cool, collected, and incredibly flexible. She adapted to every change without making us feel stressed and always seemed to find a solution. The day before the wedding and the day of, she rocked a smile that let me know everything was handled! Having someone so responsive and easy to work with made such a difference, especially with such a short planning timeline. We truly appreciated how accommodating and patient she was with us throughout the entire process. Thank you, Sarah, for helping make our wedding planning experience so much smoother. Heather with the At Your Service (AYS) team was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for our family. I had been traveling all week and was meeting my wife and kids at the resort, and I was hoping to make their arrival a little special. Heather could not have been more helpful. She took the time to understand what I was trying to do and helped arrange a wonderful surprise for the family. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a last-minute stay into something genuinely memorable for us.
