This is a 3 stars hotel. It doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars. There are no restrooms for the pool, so I guess people pee in the pool. The nearest restrooms are far away, inside the building of the garage or at the lobby area. The menu of the 2 restaurants inside the building are very limited and the 3 dishes we chose could not be prepared because they didn’t have the main ingredients. The chairs outside the restaurant were too dirty and stained. There was a dangerous loose glass wall near our table. There is no beach at the hotel. Our bedroom had a very small balcony with only one chair, but we were a couple. I was expecting a better place, with good management. I will not come back.

Food was excellent, the views were great. I don’t normally do this but I have to call out someone who really took care of us. Ronda at Charlie’s had the best personality and made sure we had a good time. Kinda rare these days. Loved Ronda!!

Fabulous Resort. Extraordinary Hospitality from the Valet and Chris at the Front Desk to Calbert at Tarpon House, Rhonda at Charley's Cabana Bar and Jackson caring for us at the pool.

Magical Wedding

We had such an amazing experience at the Marriott for our wedding. Joanne, our wedding coordinator, was incredible. We truly appreciate her and everything she did for us—she made our day feel so special, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have by my side throughout the entire process. If I had to sum up our wedding in one word, it would be magical, and she played such a big part in that. From the moment I first reached out to tour the resort, she was so responsive and just really great to work with—no matter what I asked, she always had a helpful answer and made everything feel easy. The week of the wedding, she was there while we brought in decorations and getting everything prepared, and told me she would take care of setting up our tables. That alone allowed me to relax and not worry about it. The day before, she walked through everything with us. The day of she was very attentive and communicated throughout the day. She even helped finish our ceremony arch when I ran out of time. It meant so much and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Her assistant was just as amazing—attentive, calm, and literally ran to grab my bouquet when I forgot it. The entire Marriott team was wonderful. The front desk team was so kind and welcoming, making a great first impression for our guests. Nelson at the valet and the other gentleman who helped with our luggage were incredibly helpful, and the attendants and bartenders during the wedding were friendly, attentive, and fun to be around. The venue itself was beautiful, everything flowed seamlessly, and we truly got to relax and enjoy every moment.
