Lot of work to deliver a value that matches the price. We will return to the Crescent until Bowie House corrects.
Nice but for the price we expected top of line bed linens, and flawless service. Some staff were excellent and others well running a guest service in any company has folks that seem to be unhappy with being at work. Those folks i usually send home as i do not want my guests to experience their bad attitudes. Luckly, only one of those we experienced.

Beautifully decorated with service to match!
We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. I had received several texts asking about our arrival time, but I didn’t expect our room to be ready—yet it was. The gentleman who checked us in was delightful, and I immediately knew the hotel would be great. The property is beautifully decorated. The art is unique and unexpected. It is worth a walk around the property to seek it out. My son and I enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room, and we also made use of the gym. It’s small, but it has everything you need. We had such a wonderful experience that we’ll be heading back again at the end of the month!!

This is by far one of our favorite properties. The hotel is stunning including the unique artwork. We always enjoy the friendly and exceptional staff. Food and beverages are outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.
