Texas - What a Trip!
I just returned from an incredible trip to Texas with friends, and our stay at the Bowie House was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Mariano was an absolute delight—his personality and charm really contribute to the warmth of Bowie House. Our rooms were dreamy and unbelievably comfortable; it was almost difficult to leave them to explore the city! The beautiful artwork and thoughtful furnishings throughout the property created such a special atmosphere. On our first night, we enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar (the shrimp cocktail is a must-try), and on the second night we dined at Bricks and Horses. Every dish was delicious, and dessert was a highlight—sweet potato pie (with homemade whipped topping), chocolate cake, and cobbler. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite!

The Bowie house is great. The design is unique...classy while still being creative; the service is amazing...personal without being intrusive; and the food was wonderful...quality dishes and great flavors without pretension or unreasonable pricing. The Bowie house is also very dog friendly...as were the majority of the guests!

Bowie house
This hotel is the most stunning hotel. The interior design is just incredible and so intentional. From the art, furniture, rooms it’s just gorgeous and so comfy and cozy. The staff is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel special. Calling you by name every chance they get and truly doing all the things to make your stay well worth every penny. The food and drinks are top notch. You’ll never want to leave when you get there that’s all I gotta say! Me and my husband are already planning our next weekend stay here.
