The Kimpton Harper Hotel

We booked this hotel last minute not realizing what an amazing experience we were about to have. You check in on the 24th floor with an incredible view of the city of fort Worth and it only goes up from there happy hour drinks for free and a luxury suite or absolutely excellent. The only thing that can make that better is the person checking you in. His name was Stefan he was knowledgeable engaged and interested in what he was doing. So often it seems that attendance at hotels view the guest as a roadblock to their evening of peace. Not stefan. He was amazing. He coached us on how to get to the stockyards was extremely warm. He told his history about the hotel and made it so fun! You're going to love this place!

I have stayed at several Kimpton hotels, but this one has lost its charm. The rooms had chipped paint, stained carpet, and zero extras. No coffee maker, no iron, no safe, etc. You can call to request an iron, but we had to call 3 times and it took an hour. The elevators are super slow. We were on the 15th floor and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator every single time. For $450 a night, there are better options.

Cortney, Dominick, and Eslie were great valet attendants! The Harper has Excellent valet services. We will definitely visit this hotel in the future.

My partner and I stayed at the Kimpton Harper hotel for 3 nights at the end of September Upon arrival, we were greeted by Debby who was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome We had booked a basic king room via Booking.com, however we were upgraded to a beautiful suite! There was a separate living and bedroom area with two TVs, and a huge bathroom with a bath. The room was lovely I thought the upgrade was random until my partner proposed to me the following day! He had contacted the hotel asking for petals/chocolate/drinks to be arranged after the proposal (thank you again to Debby for this). He didn’t request any sort of upgrade, so we believe this to be a kind offering from the hotel! We used the hotel bar to celebrate our proposal and the cocktails were lovely We had a great stay at this hotel. The customer service is brilliant. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do so too!
