A pristine lake of clear water, shallow and inviting with gentle lapping waves, is surrounded by miles of white sandy beach, and beyond, towering pine trees that scent the air with shady freshness. This is the setting for the grand villa of The Hotel Byron in the Lucca region of Tuscany. In the sleepy town of Forte dei Marni on Lake Massaciuccoli and the Ligurian Sea, The Hotel Byron was built as a family home, welcoming society for leisurely holidays in the sun. Today the hotel invites sophisticated guests from around the world to experience the pleasures of refined tastes. With the calm, reserved atmosphere of a large private residence, and all the comforts of a hotel, live the dolce vita in classic style.

My friend and I spent a lovely vacation together in Hotel Byron last October! We stayed 5 days (from October 1st to October 5th) in the hotel's deluxe suite, room number 116. The room was modern, stylish and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the room! During our stay we mostly enjoyed the Italian sun laying on the beach and swimming in the sea. It was so easy to get to the beach because the sea is literally across the road which was perfect for us. We just wanted to soak up the sun as much as possible. Besides laying on the beach, we did a lot of shopping in the city center of Forte dei Marmi. The selection of different stores and shops is very impressive: varying all the way from your local Italian bar to the luxury boutiques. One day, we also participated to a marble tour that the hotel staff kindly arranged for us! I can highly recommend asking about the tours, it was super interesting to see where the marble comes from, how it's mined and what all you can do with it. Another recommendation is the hotel's restaurant Onda. Onda is the hotel's pool side restaurant but oh my, what amazing food we got there! Try the pizza of the day, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Overall, we spent a fun, relaxing, and peaceful vacation! I would absolutely recommend Hotel Byron; all the members of the staff were friendly, the hotel is just beautiful, the location is great, food is delicious, and Italy is always so charming... 10/10!

We stayed in the deluxe suite n. 116 in October 2025, from Monday 1.10 to Sunday 5.10. During our trip, we went on one of the marble tours (organized by the ever so friendly staff at Hotel Byron), went shopping in the center of Forte dei Marmi (close and easy to get to), and we enjoyed and swam in the sea, which was easily accessible just across the road! Food-wise we ate at their restaurant Onda and the food was really good. I recommend you try their pizza of the day! On a few evenings we went elsewhere to eat and Hotel Byron offered us their shuttle services, which was so delightful. Our trip was truly one of a kind thanks to the lovely staff at the hotel and the truly incredible location!

I have stayed in the Hotel Byron with my husband last weekend. We are enjoying our honeymoon, The room was lovely and they organise, upon arrival, a surprise to celebrate our wedding. There was the bed with rose petals. The Front Desk and Concierge team were super helpful they gave us all the information regarding the area of Forte dei Marmi and the surrounding cities (next time we will go there). The breakfast is amazing, they have a guy that cooks you eggs directly. We hate at Onda and Magnolia. Both of them absolutely amazing. The Onda is more casual respect to the Magnolia where you can taste the mastery of the Michelin-Starred Chef Marco Bernardo. Even though there is the meat menu the experience of the tasting menu is breathtaking. Thank you so much Hotel Byron! It was magical
