Principe Forte dei Marmi

Amazing staff. Breakfast can be better. The weather was not at its best when we got there and we couldn’t enjoy it at the max. We only stayed one night. The room was very nice and seriously what we found outstanding was the staff, they were all so friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely the place to be in Forte di Marme. The beautiful accommodations the wonderful staff, the delicious food,the beautiful pool. It's The Summer Place to be when considering your plans in Italy.

The hotel is beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. The location is very convenient. The spa is a great was to relax.

Room: very cheap, both furnitures and finitions. And the bed, what a nightmare with the hardest mattress and pillow (fortunately Angelo did change the pillows). The curtains are ridiculous, mostly those separating the bathroom where no privacy is possible. The glass door is cannot be fully opened. Impossible to have a room without light with these curtains and outside shutters. Then, the horrible molds in the shower in many different places. Looks like a 4* room with the price of a palace. And, the worst part: nothing is soundproof, you can hear what’s happening in the other rooms, the corridor and the door of the cleaners that is so painful to hear every tile they go in (room 310, just next to this place). The WORST room I ve ever been in. Breakfast: the team is so unhappy to be there that they don’t serve you well , some of them even don’t say hello, the attitude is a disaster. And the buffet is ridiculous. What about the first avocado toast I’ve ordered: the egg was cold, the bread a stone. And they forgot one coffee every 2. They just don’t care and seem to hate their job. The hotel finitions are very cheap and badly finished: look at the white stairs, the ceiling in the breakfast place and the painting stains on all chassis To go to the swimming pool, you need to go through the restaurant??? And they put a towel on the floor close to the door , never seen this before The noise of the cleaning machine of the pool is so strong Then, the shuttle: for the price of this poor hotel, I’ve learned during one of the trip that it was 125€ per way !!!! Crazy. At least yohh in say it before but not during the trip. I already took it the day before thinking that it was complimentary with a so called 5*L. And yesterday, no reservation at bocconcino despite the proof I have from your concierge. Bar 67 is super 1* restaurant is ok (even if they did bring food when we were drinking MASSETO and I had written to avoid that. I could continue but I doubt that it will change. But for me and Lu wife it s the worst experience ever. And your prices are crazy with this very poor quality. Boris Lubicz
