Great experience
Great experience at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof. We got an Upgrade to a Junior Suite. Large room, great bath, had in room meal and dinner at Oscars. Everything was wonderful and the staff did a great job everywhere

Bits and pieces amiss
Great location, check in staff and breakfast spread, bar staff tops but: no turn down service, no room refresh which for a 5 star disappointing, called 3 times for an iron but nothing so get it myself from floor staff, " talking to a bot via ipad in the room without success - a real person via whatsapp as in other hotels in the way - and broken rubbish bin room. Floor staff at times just hushing by without greeting guests. Overall a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel as bits and pieces missing unlike other 5 stars we visited on this Europe trip.

top hotel to stay for business trips
We stay at Steigenberger the last 4 years and we are very happy..BUT, we try to book again for February 2027 as always and NON-ONE answer the phone and emails. We have been their clients for 4 years and as a Hotel is top but they need to fix the calling lines and emails because nobody answer! We like to book by call because we get better prices year by year as a good clients!

Absolutely fabulous place!
An absolutely fabulous hotel just a 5 minutes walk from old city. The rooms are huge, very clean and quiet. The service is impeccable! We only stayed there one night but that was our huge mistake, lol! Should’ve stayed at least a few days. The buffet breakfast was included and was pretty much a gourmet! Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this place.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Frankfurt.
Terrific, historic property. I heard some rooms are not updated. Ours was updated and was outstanding. Restaurants are very good, the front patio is a great place to sit and relax. Also…outstanding breakfast and front desk. Only outage, no luggage assistance at arrival or departure. Not a big deal but given all other aspects were outstanding would expect this with heavy luggage and steps to enter. Overall Highly recommended.
