Wonderful hotel in Frankfurt
The best hotel in Frankfurt, with excellent staff. We booked the Presidential Suite and staff rooms and were very happy about our visit. I recommend

Lobby and bar ok, room depreciated
The hotel lobby is cozy and the bar has a very nice atmosphere; unfortunately my room was big but quite at least my room was simply depreciated, and intensively smelling cheap air freshener. you can't simply have 3* rooms in a 5* hotel.

Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location
This hotel is a true gem. The location is top-notch if you want to be in easy walking distance to the city's Old Town and the general buzz and tourist attractions. Additionally, the rooms are very large and have all of he amenities one might want. FInally, the Saturday morning breakfast buffet is one of the greatest/largest I've ever seen, they truly had everything you might want to eat available. All in all, if you're looking for a great hotel with spacious rooms, this is a wonderful choice.

Location is perfect I loved the location The sitting area is beautiful Rooms are good cleanliness ok Noise level bad the room was facing construction the duvet there was smaller than the bed i had to ask to supply duvet also they forgot to submit coffee and tea and the washroom amenities and i had to ask I feel it is over priced

Great Grand Hotel
Wonderful classic city center Grand Hotel. Service is very personal from bell stand to reception and restaurant/bar. We have stayed here repeatedly and will come back!
