Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof

An absolutely fabulous hotel just a 5 minutes walk from old city. The rooms are huge, very clean and quiet. The service is impeccable! We only stayed there one night but that was our huge mistake, lol! Should’ve stayed at least a few days. The buffet breakfast was included and was pretty much a gourmet! Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this place.

Terrific, historic property. I heard some rooms are not updated. Ours was updated and was outstanding. Restaurants are very good, the front patio is a great place to sit and relax. Also…outstanding breakfast and front desk. Only outage, no luggage assistance at arrival or departure. Not a big deal but given all other aspects were outstanding would expect this with heavy luggage and steps to enter. Overall Highly recommended.

Perfect location for exploring Frankfurt with the best coffee shop nearby, much appreciated after several long flights from NZ. I was able to check in despite being early and given a free room upgrade which was lovely. Elegant old world charm everywhere. The exercise facility was well fitted out with a good variety of equipment and the river was nearby for morning runs.

My stay at the Steigenberger was a very special one. The historical hotel was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, respectful and helpful assisting me with my luggage, questions and concerns. I just can’t say enough about the staff. My journey was very long and complicated, the staff really went above and behind making my stay very relaxing which I desperately needed. The room was lovely. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated how quiet it was since I had a business meeting the next morning, needing a good nights rest. The restaurant was also a lovely experience. I appreciated having the option for a dinner special included in the room charge, to keep things simple since I was a foreign traveler. My only complaint was on me…. I wish I had more time to enjoy the beautiful hotel. I only stayed one night. I REALLY wished I stayed 2 nights. Vielen Danke

Classic hotel with well appointed rooms with very nice public bars and restaurants. Loved, our suite with two adjoining rooms for family. Overall service was very good but a little below the top level we had in Germany.
