Exceptional hotel in a great location with friendly staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after and our suite was exceptional. Good view from the room, spacious and great décor with a very comfortable bed. The ladies at reception were friendly and attentive. The concierge, George, was friendly, excellent and catered for our needs. The bar, Lili’s, is excellent and the hotel is also in a great location to walk to the main sights, old town, the opera house and numerous bars and restaurants.

Exceptional location, luxury and professional staff
We stayed for 2 nights in a Suite at this hotel. The suite was modern, spacious, soundproof, comfortable, had opening windows, great AC and faced a park. The breakfast was high quality, calm and enjoyable. The staff are professional and lovely.

Good base for a tourist
Good location. Easy to arrive by var and close to most attractions. Garage and valet parking. Nice room with a balcony. Good closet space. Good bed. Shower in a bath. Good service. Nice breakfast.

Exceptional
Exceptional overnight stay. Wonderful location. We arrived very early off a long haul flight, feeling a bit wrecked. They accommodated an early check in and their kindness went beyond. Service 10/10, special thanks to restaurant team. Breakfast was wonderful and we dined for dinner which was lovely. Room was great. Couldn't get a massage at late notice so best to be organised and book early. Thank you Team Sofitel Frankfurt.

horrible food
Bar food - forget to eat something there . not a level of Sofitel at all ( please go and check Sofitel in Barcelona ) - i had once also dinner there - absolutely a disaster . my recommendation is to hire a proper cook and team ..
