Omni PGA Frisco Resort

This resort is beautiful if your primary goal is golf. If your primary goal is attending a conference while navigating mobility challenges, pack comfortable shoes, patience, and perhaps a compass. We specifically requested a room near the conference center and were placed about as far away as possible. Unfortunately, once we set out to find the conference events, we discovered that signage appears to be treated as an optional amenity. There were few clear directions, event locations were poorly marked, and the property map was so difficult to read that it felt more like a treasure hunt than a navigation tool. For able-bodied guests, getting lost may be a minor inconvenience. For guests with mobility limitations, it can mean missed sessions, unnecessary exhaustion, and a great deal of frustration. My husband missed multiple conference events simply because finding them required wandering through a sprawling property with little guidance. To be fair, when we asked the front desk for help, they did do their best to assist. The accessibility issues extended beyond navigation. Our “accessible” room offered very limited space for wheelchair maneuvering, and portions of the route from the room required a wheelchair user to get out of their chair to navigate exits. That raises an obvious question: why are accessible rooms located in areas that are not fully accessible? It’s 2026. Accessibility should not feel like an afterthought, particularly at a resort charging premium rates. We came for a conference and left feeling like we had completed an obstacle course. The property itself is impressive, but its accessibility planning and wayfinding systems need significant improvement.

This is an oasis of a place to stay. What a gem of a resort. Lovely in every way. Fitness center is amazing. Staff is incredible. The Sat night drone show is unbelievable.

Exceptionally amazing are two words to describe our visit at the Omni. We hosted our wedding here, and I must say there is not one thing that went wrong, in fact every single person from the front desk to the call center to the valet and concierge treated us like royalty without even considering that we were getting married. This is just the Omni Standard of Excellence. We have already planned multiple trips to return and events to continue celebrating here. We Love the Omni and the PGA property and staff...THANK YOU! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Omni PGA Frisco and wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding team members who made my experience exceptional. First, Christian at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Customer service like that is hard to find, and it immediately set the tone for a great experience. I also want to give special recognition to Adam Brown, the Head Bellman. Adam went far above and beyond what I expected. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly impressive. In fact, his level of customer service was so exceptional that I honestly thought he was a manager at the hotel. He consistently made sure everything was taken care of and treated every interaction with genuine care and hospitality. The Omni PGA Frisco is a beautiful property, but great people are what truly make a great hotel. Christian and Adam are outstanding representatives of the Omni brand, and they deserve recognition for the incredible job they do. Thank you both for making my stay memorable. We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again.
