Omni PGA Frisco Resort

Excellent new resort centered around golf trip infrastructure that must work out many 'kinks.' A great deal of inefficiencies and fact they are trying to accommodate golf groups expecting super 'high-end' experience with corporate meetings creates a conflicting environment at the resort. Bar(s) over-crowded with mtg attendees and dining options often times limited due to mtg(s) taking priority of the space(s). Not a relaxing environment by any means! Two very nice golf courses; one of which is extremely difficult and fact you must walk the 8 mile layout might deter many unless they are really skilled and in great shape. Pool facility(s) nice but overwhelmed with kids at best pool/bar area with small adult only pool on rooftop that was difficult to use spa due to capacity limitations. Guests are not afforded complimentary spa facility utilization which is a huge bonus for elite guests for which this is often times given.

The entire staff was excellent. They gave us the feeling that they were happy to be there. The ladies had a great time as wee. We will definitely be returning with a couples group

Our group of 19 had an amazing experience during our annual golf trip. We've been to many places in many states for golf, and this place offered everything we needed. Superb golf, excellent restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, and a hotel/resort/golf/restaurant/pool/valet/shuttle staff that simply put exudes warmth and genuine Texas hospitality. Really well done Omni!!! Bravo!!! Playing a 10 hole short course called The Swing late at night under stadium lights was a hoot and a unique and fun experience we had not experienced anywhere else so far.

This resort is truly exceptional. From the service to the amenities, everything reflects a high level of care and attention to detail. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout my stay, which made the experience even more memorable. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great guest experience. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Great property! Staff is top notch, rooms are clean and great, TopGolf experience was amazing as well. From check in to departure the experience was great.
