Omni PGA Frisco Resort

From the moment we arrived, our stay at the Omni PGA Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth, making the entire experience stress-free from beginning to end. One of our favorite things about the resort was the ambiance. There were beautiful fireplaces throughout the property, with multiple cozy seating areas surrounding each one. It created such a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere and was truly a vibe, especially in the evenings. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the resort made us feel so special by surprising us with complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne in our room. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. The adults-only infinity pool was absolutely stunning. We visited on a Sunday morning and had the entire area to ourselves. Relaxing in the jacuzzi while watching the sunrise was one of the highlights of our trip. Later that evening, we enjoyed the outdoor fire pits, which were peaceful and relaxing, and again, we practically had them all to ourselves. The food and drinks were outstanding, and every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. Top tier Omni property with great food options, several pools for kids & adults only, and of course the golf is fantastic.

Took my brother-in-law for a long Father’s Day weekend with my sister. and 3 sets of our adult kids, along with one baby, and ALL of us had a great time! The guys golfed the PGA course, while all the girls shopped, and then had massages at the spa, and another day we All swam & sunbathed at the outdoor pools. This is an Absolutely Beautiful property! So well thought out and impeccably maintained! We enjoyed Great food, and friendly staff everywhere we went on this huge resort!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service as a Champion member My friend and I recently stayed at the Omni while celebrating his birthday, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a one-bedroom corner suite (Room 2008), which featured an extended balcony that made the stay even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided beautiful views. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was extremely clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The atmosphere made us feel as though we were on a true vacation, even though our stay was only for one night. I want to especially recognize Lori at the front desk. Prior to our arrival, I had arranged through Concierge to have our room decorated for my friend's birthday and was assured everything would be completed before check-in. Unfortunately, the room was not decorated when we arrived, which was disappointing since it was part of the birthday surprise. However, Lori immediately took ownership of the situation and worked quickly to make it right. By the time my friend returned from his massage, the room was beautifully decorated. Her professionalism, urgency, and commitment to customer service truly saved the experience. We also enjoyed the adult pool area. The ambiance was relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. There were a few children in the adults-only area during our visit, which took away slightly from the experience, but that was more a guest issue than a hotel issue. Another highlight was room service. The gentleman who delivered our breakfast was outstanding. He didn't simply drop off the food—he carefully set everything up, explained the meal, ensured we had everything we needed, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. That level of service is becoming rare and was greatly appreciated. The only other minor issue was the number of children running unsupervised in some of the common areas, including the lobby and outdoor spaces. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it did impact the otherwise peaceful atmosphere at times. Overall, the cleanliness, beautiful property, attentive staff, relaxing environment, and outstanding customer service made this a memorable stay. Between the lovely suite, extended balcony, exceptional service from Lori, and the thoughtful room service experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would absolutely return.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We held our daughter's wedding weekend at this Omni. The event staff is the best I have ever worked with. Each event over our 3 days spent here were so well run and the banquet chef/staff made amazing food. We could not have asked for a better place to have our daughter's wedding.
