This property is beautiful and the staff are extremely well trained offering a first class experience in every way. The food was fantastic throughout my stay - even the coffee bar’s Illy Coffee was super. I travel a lot on business but never stay Omni. This property, its staff (Lilly at the front desk, and many others) and its F&B excellence have me wanting to come back for more Omni-time.

I was excited to come to the resort as an avid golfer. I made sure to call your front desk and request a room with a view of the golf course. I also requested a room on a high floor with a view of the golf course when I was contacted by one of your loyalty ambassadors through email. We arrived late at night on checkin so we could not see what our view was. However, when I woke the next day I found that we did not have a view of the golf course and in fact we had a view of a tree and the fire pit courtyard. Very disappointing especially considering I spent over $2,000 on golf during my visit. On top of that the noise from your roof top pool construction was very distracting when we were in our room as was the nightly noise from those enjoying the fire pit courtyard. While we get that certain room rates don't work with certain rooms. We were at the hotel with the large Pierce convention that was being hosted there and expect that there were ample rooms with golf course views that could have been allocated to us. Especially when your Loyalty Ambassador replied to my room request with he would try his best to meet our request. The second issue that we ran into was housekeeping. We did not expect or want our room cleaned on a daily basis however it was only cleaned once during our visit. The daily texts that our do not disturb sign was on the door were annoying. We generally had that sign off our door by 11:00am each day and it felt like rather than making the effort to check on our room again later in the day it was "easier" for the cleaning staff to text that they could not enter our room thus saving them from actually having to do any cleaning work. Note that after two days of not getting new towels or any cleaning service we did directly request a cleaning through both the cleaning staff in the hotel hallway as well as my wife confirmed with the front desk that they would come on one of the days and they did not show up. Leaving us to have to find a cleaning cart ourselves just to get fresh towels. To make matters more frustrating was on the day of checkout we were given a 1:00pm late checkout (which was generous and great), however at 1:05pm and again at 1:15pm, the cleaning staff that we had not seen all week knocked on our door twice. Really. Terrible. It's too bad that these service issues tainted our experience with your hotel. The staff outside the incidents reported were great. The food and beverage service was really good and the golf was exceptional. The property and room were both well maintained as well. However, the pre-visit communications and subsequent failure to meet those expectations as well as the terrible experience with your in house cleaning staff left us with a poor overall impression of the Omni experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and they were respectful at all times. It wasn't just about the service; it was hospitality in the truest sense. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed and the food was amazing, delicious and well-prepared and wild I took most of my food to my room, it was packed with just as much care as presenting at a table. Overall, 10 out of 10

We had a lively stay this past weekend! The staff is so very attentive & nice. At check—in Stephen was so helpful & gave us a lovely room with a beautiful view of the pool. We had fabulous service at breakfast from Josh. He was very good at what he does & took great care of us. When we were checking out we had the nicest guy help us with our bags. DJ was so lovely & got all of our stuff in one trip (and it was a lot!) Thus resort truly does a great job hiring their staff. We did not have one bad experience the entire weekend. Everyone has the best attitude is very helpful. We will be back!
