A Grand experience
A top notch facility with a top notch staff. stayed for a wedding event. Did not get to play golf but will return in the near future for that experience.

Excellent time
Excellent stay. Husband and son enjoyed the golf while I enjoyed the spa. Amenities were fun for the family each night and highly enjoyed the The Swing for late night family fun!

Our favorite hotel to stay at!
We absolutely love the Omni pga. Everything is always so clean, staff is very helpful, our rooms have been amazing, and very quiet. So much to do on-site. They even brought a Pac-Man game to our room specifically for our son. So sweet! We will always stay here, and we can’t say enough great things about it. 100/10!!

Beautiful Resort, Disappointing Customer Service
I would have rated my stay as a five-star experience if not for one disappointing issue regarding my breakfast credits. I travel frequently and had booked a package that included $60 in breakfast credits. Because I made the reservation nearly two months in advance, I had forgotten that I had purchased this package. Unfortunately, at check-in I was not reminded that breakfast credits were included, nor was I given any instructions on how to redeem them. I only discovered the charge after reviewing my bill following checkout. When I contacted the front desk, I explained that I had never received breakfast vouchers or any information about redeeming the credits. I was told that a manager would need to process the credit and would follow up with me. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive either the credit or a return call. This experience was especially disappointing because the hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are exceptional, and every other aspect of my stay met the expectations of a luxury resort. As a rewards member, I had hoped to leave a five-star review highlighting outstanding customer service as well. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as a simple reminder at check-in and timely follow-up afterward would have made an otherwise excellent stay truly exceptional.
