Wedding venue. had people from all over the state of TX and from the east coast. Every single person raved about the property, guest services was perfect! We had amazing experiences with Zul, Emily and the Valet teams. These folks ALL know what it means to say 'whatever it takes' because they did it...whatever 'it' was!! No ask was too big or small. Emily was extremely in tune with the needs of the bridal party and making certain the bridal party was getting all the deserved attention! Zul and Adam are rock stars. They do not know how to say no or 'not sure'...they just get it done. I have never in 35 years of business travel seen people so positive in their jobs and desire to insure guests have the best visit!

The Omni Resort if Frisco is a MUST trip. The entire experience from hotel, dining and golf is amazing. It is wonderful to have so much available and never need to leave the property. All this with world class customer service and interaction. LOVE IT!

The golf courses are as beautiful as they are challenging. The staff is second to none, and food and beverage were amazing. Beautiful spacious rooms with wonderful views, comfortable beds, great water response and pressure.

World class facilities with best in class staff. Can't say enough good things about the entire establishment. It is a wonderful venue and I go out of my way to frequent it whenever I have call to be in the greater Dallas area.

Our recent stay at this hotel, which was intended to be a special celebration for my wife’s 40th birthday, was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations and turned what should have been a memorable occasion into a horrible one. I hope sharing these details will help improve future guest experiences. From the outset, we encountered issues. We had reserved and paid for an early check-in, but upon arrival, our room was not ready, which delayed the start of our celebration. It was never addressed until I mentioned when we finally were given a room at 5pm. Additionally, several in-room amenities that we had confirmed and paid for in advance were missing or forgotten, further detracting from our stay. Never mentioned until I brought it up, it was like the staff cared less. The most concerning part of our experience occurred during check-out. While settling the bill, the manager proceeded to lecture me about the charges in front of other guests, despite my repeated requests to simply complete the process and allow us to leave. This interaction felt condescending and unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating visit. We chose your hotel based on its reputation for excellent service, and we were truly disappointed by the complete lapse of quality, service and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this property
