Savoy Palace

Clara her customer service is outstanding in reception when we list our passports but got them back off the taxi driver 🙂

Five star hotel , there star service. We arrived on Monday 17.11 in the early evening. The next morning 18.11 there was still a lot of water on the shower floor. I went to the reception on Tuesday morning 18.11. And on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I met the hotel maintenance man near our room, I asked if he could come and take a look. He didn't. I also called someone apparently related to your sales. So on four different days in a row I went to the reception. It took until Saturday before things started to progress in the desired direction. We were already almost halfway through our 14-day holiday. I asked for information on the progress of the matter, I didn't get it. No apology, just empty phrases. Not to mention compensation. Very friendly, and a smile was enough. But nothing happens.

Our room was clean and well appointed with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we were treated to a tour and explanation of all the different foods available. A pleasant lobby bar with great views of the grounds and special service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best holiday resorts ever. Excelent location as there are multiple restaurants on the street behind and next to the hotel, also multiple bars on the street behind the hotel, walking distance from harbour and city center. Calm atmosphere all around in the hotel site, always free sun beds, no hazzle by the pool. Soundproofed rooms. Good qym. Great breakfest with omelets and egg benedic etc. Will come again and would absolutely recommend.

Incredible experience at Savoy Palace. It is such a unique hotel and every inch of it is beautiful. The service here is next level, rooms are beyond comfortable. We wish we could have stayed another week. Location is near water and Savoy Palace connects to the Royal Savoy (meets water) so you have both hotels available to use pools, bars, restaurants, etc. Walkable (downhill) to old town, parks, etc. Walkable (albeit uphill) to return. Eat espetada across the street at O Justiniano.
