Great experience...
We had a wonderful stay at The Fortress Resort & Spa. The property is beautifully located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with every comfort needed for a relaxing holiday. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of local and international options, and the service at the restaurants was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and beach access, were excellent and added to the overall experience. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka. We would highly recommend The Fortress Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional — the team welcomed us with such genuine warmth, making us feel like part of their family. A special mention goes to Chamindi, who was incredibly approachable and supportive. I had been in touch with her regarding my husband’s birthday, and she went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation with thoughtful details that made the celebration so memorable. We were there for our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. The breathtaking views, the cleanliness, the comfy rooms and the staff’s friendliness and expertise created an atmosphere of pure comfort. Every interaction reflected their dedication to making our experience extraordinary. They didn’t just meet our needs they exceeded them, ensuring our time there was filled with joy and ease. It was a stay we will cherish forever, thanks to the remarkable team who made it so special.
