Mr. Meryll in the restaurant and Tharak, the Japanese restaurant cook, were both very, very good, very courteous, very polite, and very helpful. They really took very great care of us.

We’ve had such a lovely time here and made so many beautiful memories with my two boys and my mom. It’s been such a special experience for all of us. The staff have been absolutely amazing and so friendly and attentive. My boys especially loved the pool and the beautiful view. One of our favourite moments was sitting in the pool and watching the sunset together — it was just beautiful. The pool attendant Laksiri was amazing with the kids. He took the time to show them the turtles and even took them down to the beach, which they absolutely loved. Those little moments really made the stay extra special for us. We also had the private chef experience with Chef Taraka, which was fantastic. Taraka was amazing, and the food and the whole experience were wonderful. Dimuthu, Irosh and Hirun were also so attentive throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed and were having the best time possible. Overall, we’ve had such a wonderful experience and are leaving with so many happy memories. A big thank you to the whole team for making our family holiday so special. We’ll definitely remember this place for a long time and we will be back ❤️

We had an amazing stay at the Fortress. The hotel is stunning but beyond all, the hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Amal, Dimuthu, Sathsarani and Irosh went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, especially with a baby. Beautiful hotel and would love to come back.
